3/31/2012 I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT NOWHERE I THE SYSTEM DOES FPL PUBLISH A PHONE NUMBER THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON NEEDING TO CONTACT YOU CAN CALL, I HAVE NAVIGATED AROUND THE NET MOST OF THE EVENING LOOKING FOR A PHONE NUMBER. WHO THE FUCK GIVES YOU THE RIGHT OR THE AUTHORITY TO CHARGE THE RATES YOU DO AND NOT EVEN PUBLISH A PHONE NUMBER THAT A WORKING PERSON CAN REACH YOU ON? IF WE HAVE TO TAKE OUR LUNCH HOUR OR HALF A DAY OFF TO REACH YOU TGHEN THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISION SHOULD MANDATE THAT YOU GIVE USE A CREDIT ON OUR NEXT BEILL EQUAL TO A DAYS PAY.

3/15/2012 what a piece of crap this site is. My cellular was stolen and in it I had stored the pay by phone number. I have spent 3 hours navigating through all the links and there is no telephone number listed.

3/13/2012 Will someone PLEASE publish the customer service number? What a ridiculous website with no phone numbers! But it seems like I'll have to wait for hours anyway. I never got my bill last month, I'll just wait for a double bill next month. This is crazy!

2/28/2012 WHAT A BUNCH OF LOOSERS WITH TOO MUCH TIME FOR THE BAD ATTITUDE.....I have had many accounts with FLP for over 30 years and, they have been spot on with service and my satisfaction ALWAYS. Bottom line....Millions of happy campers....a handful of grumblers.

2/6/2012 my current billing was 2/12 $246+-prev was 1/12 $121+ prev was $119+---- I have been here 30yrs---the a/c is currently not ON or needed--as it has been in the past. look @ the temps on the computer--I do every day. I've been here 30+yrs & have rented the place 3 times when I lived on cypress lk cir in ft myers(owned). I am not talking about prev months---just these 3. something is wrong !!

1/12/2012 I had to pay $600 just to get my power on and never had an electric bill before my wife had and with a diffrent copany she only had to pay $200 to start hers....
