We have been without internet or phone service for 4 days with many excuses about repair this is so unacceptable we are a real estate co who rely on our phones and internet.

I COULDN’T AGREE WITH THE COMMENTS BELOW MORE! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER… CAN’T BELIEVE I’M SAYING THIS BUT WISH TWC OFFERED SERVICES HERE — I WOULD CHANGE OVER NOW…

I have spent two days trying to straighten out a problem. I spent almost 2 hours on and off hold only to be disconnected twice. Today, 1 1/2 hour disconnect. Horrible service

TRULY THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET. LEFT MESSAGES EARLIER RE TECH SUPPORT ISSUE. REP SHOWS UP AND ATTEMPTS TO FIX PROBLEM. CALLS TO CHECK THE LINE AND PROBLEM PERSISTS. HE SAYS HE WILL TRY SOMETHING ELSE. REP DOES NOT TELL ME HE IS LEAVING JUST LEAVES AND NOW THE LINE GOES FROM POOR CONNECTION TO NO LINE AT ALL

AFTER CALLING BACK TWICE TO REPAIRS AND CUST SUPPORT, IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO A HUMAN BEING THAT CAN HELP YOU. AT THE REPAIR LINE, THERE IS NO WAY TO GET A PERSON AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY EMPATHETIC TO YOUR CALL, PUTS YOU ON HOLD AND THEN YOU ARE TRANSFERRED BACK TO REPAIR WHERE AGAIN YOU HAVE RECORDINGS.

I GUESS YOU HAVE TO KEEP TRYING TO FIND COMPANIES THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS THAT ACTUALLY PROVIDE THE SERVICES THEY SELL.

On hold for 25 minutes. Transfer to specialist….ON HOLD FOR 90 MINUTES!! Still on hold as I type this.

Glad it’s their 800 bill. This is a phone company customer SERVICE????

Worst possible customer service. I am sitting here without a business phone waiting for a call from a technician who was supposed to come between 12 and 4:00 p.m. AND RELOCATE MY PHONE FROM ONE SUITE TO ANOTHER SUITE WITHIN THE SAME BUILDING. It is 3:35 p.m. Just used my cell phone to confirm that they were on the way and was told they tried to call me and when I didn’t answer, they did not come. I DID NOT ANSWER BECAUSE THEY TURNED MY PHONE OFF!! i DID NOT KNOW THEY WOULD TURN OFF THE PHONES; THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT, NOR ASK FOR ANOTHER NUMBER TO CONTACT ME ON! They lie to you and tell you they will call back and nevrr call back. I got one guy to give me a number to call and he said to call him anytime; problemis, he never answers and it goes directly to a machine; guess they find this amusing. I am beside myself and shaking with anger.
