I PURCHASED A TABLET FROM QVC OR HOME SHOPPING I HAVE USED IT ABOUT 20 TIMES . I CHARGED IT LAST NIGHT AND THE SCREEN WOULD NOT COME ON A BATTERY WITH A Z MARK APPEARED AND THEN 100% APPEARED AND THE DEVICE WENT BLANK. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REPEAT AND THE ONLY TIME I RECEIVED THE SAME WAS WHEN I WOULD IN THE CHARGER. PLEASE HELP
I purchased an Aspen tablet in 12-17, in Feb,2018 I noticed a fee deducted from my bank acct for $88.86.from Freedompop. According to papers with my tablet I would get 500mb of data every month for free but to activate it would cost just .01cent from my debit card. That’s what I did and it would be available to me for free as long as I had freedompop.
Once I saw this $88.86 taken from my acct. I tryed to call freedompop to find out what it was about. The only way I could communicate with them was to agree yo pay $5.00 a month to talk to a live person otherwise I was sent on a automated selfhelp goose chase only to be told that my acct.could not be cancelled because it was in process of being shipped. I am thinking what are you sending me cause I already had the tablet I bought from HSN in 12-2017.This was suppose to be a free app included with other apps in the tablet package. Please help me, I contacted my bank to dispute this. Plus I keep trying to reach these people an get the same answer!
Purchased tablet in 12-2017. On HSN,with an app that gives me 500 free mb of data a month. To activate an get 500mb I had to give my credit card info an pay .01 cent. Which I did they gave me a pin no. Which does not work. Also on 2-26-18 I was charged $86.88 to my bank acct. which I did not authorize. Contacted my bank card services. I tryed to cancel what ever they are sending me but couldn’t get thru without ordering live service for $5.00 a month to talk to someone. In there self help phone service they said they could not cancelled this order cause it was processing
I cant open and use my azpen a730. cannot open and always a restart.
