I’ve been a Broadview/ADT customer for at least 8 years now. I was TOTALLY flabbergasted today when I was quoted prices to have a technician come out to replace the sensor on a new door I had put in – over $80 for the first 1/2 hour – that’s ridiculous!
I also didn’t appreciate having to spend 15 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) to arrange this service.
I think it’s time to look for a new alarm company that has reasonable rates and service.
