For some reason i got banned and i don’t know why so please help me?
There is no way to find a phone number for Club Penguin. If need be, legal actions will have to be taken against Disney and Club Penguin. PLEASE provide a customer service number, with a live person to speak with ASAP! Please call or text, as I am bed ridden and I do not use email.

Unauthorized Charges by a Minor on Club Penguin
PLEASE PASS THIS EMAIL TO YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE
I am an executive at a Fortune 50 company and sent the email below to your support staff and never received a response. Please note all of these charges were made by my son, on my credit card, without my authorization. My son’s name is Eric and he is 12 years old and made these purchases when he was 11 and 12 years old. When I asked him about this he told me he didn’t realize there was a charge for ordering the games. I was disappointed when I never heard from anyone from your staff and would like to hear from someone to understand how you handle situations where minors make charges on credit cards without authorization.
I do not have the time to deal with issues of this nature as I travel 90% of the time, but if you think logically for a second, who allows their children to make charges like this?
I would like to have his ability to charge on my card ceased immediately and I would like for someone to call me immediately, please
