  1. Well I have been on the phone with AABACO Small Business today! First time hold time was a good 30 minutes. They cannot reset my password… No one knows anything!!! The last time I was on the phone with them for about 2.5 or 3 hours… They still can’t or don’t know how to reset my password!! I am pretty ticked at that so called business!! They can’t even talk ENGLISH! THey know NOTHING!!! My website is down – I need to get into my billing page to update it and I can’t because they don’t know how to reset a darn password!!.. They told me to wait for about 3o minutes and if it didn’t reset to call them back.. Each time the hold time has been 30 minutes or longer just to talk to someone… This ridiculous!!!!!!!!! I have been with Yahoo for many many years and they are about to lose me! I see a lawsuit coming!!!!!!!!!!

  2. “Call me when you are ready to sue them, I have not been able to do anything on my sites since they migrated. I can’t update my site they have made it so complicated to get a phone number and they never got back to me about me not bring able to access my site, now they cancelled my site.

  4. I think Aabaco Small Business customer service 1-866-434-9017 is great…I just called them and in 4 rings I immediately talked to a Customer Service/Technician and he fixed my problem… Its better then Yahoo’s customer service ever was.

    However, I have not ask or tried to port over my domains to some other hosting company…I might call and ask soon just to see what they say…Has anyone have success in porting over domains ?

  5. I tried contacting you from the website given for renewing my website but it would not take my phone number (wrong format – but tried about 5 ways). I need to renew apparently and need you to contact me

  6. Poor support and service – I began migrating a friend’s site from static HTML to WordPress. The wordpress site did not install cleanly and attempted to take over the site’s home page/URL. So the site no longer worked and there was no migration path to WordPress (the aabaco supported version of MySQL was obsolete 🙁 )

    After waiting ~30 minutes on tech support, I was transferred to another queue (another 30 minute hold) where the people were not able to figure out how to remove the broken wordpress site and let the exiting html site server the business.

    Do yourself a favor – Go with a provider that uses current versions of best practice programs and services, and has skilled support staff who can promptly handle your questions/issues

  8. -5 is my star comment. They are scamming customers since the site was changed I absolutely hate it and have not found a way to port over my domains to some other hosting company and I had yahoo since 2004.

  9. I can’t even find a number to call. We changed credit cards and I need to update the new card. I have entered it in 4 times and it won’t accept it. Based on the above info, I guess it’s time to change web site hosts. If my web site gets closed down, I don’t have much choice.

Aabaco Small Business Staff are a Bunch of Liars, I have called every Month since October, I canceled My Account and Still they Attempt to Access My credit card for Payment, I have Notified My credit card company that if they attempt again that I will take advantage of American Express Legal team to File Charges against Yahoo or Aabaco…. Wire Service Fraud and Theft by Wire Service

    the Phone Number for customer service ( 1-866-434-9017 ) goes straight to India and these people care as much about my Problems as they do for a Hamburger and I am sick and tired of having to deal with them, I know there are More people out there who are just as tired and frustrated with this kind of shoddy service,

    Please Be aware that all credit card companies staff Attorneys full time and if needed they can assist card holders with such attempts of THEFT by these outsourced companies who are trying to steal from Americans, they do so by filing suit with the Parent company here in the United States, so if you are getting the run around or just getting screwed as I was contact your Card Company and let their legal staff assist you

  11. AABACO customer service is friendly, but unable to perform a simple password reset. I have spent a week, and hours on the phone with them, but still can not access my account. The call usually ends with,,”the system is down”, “try again in 2 hours, 24 hours, etc.” or “I will call you back at the ____ time to make sure it worked”. I never get in, I never get a reset email–in any folder or a callback.

    I am completely ticked. I am ready to begin a class action lawsuit against YAHOO Small Business for selling my site and personal account info and bank info to such an incompetent foreign company.

  12. I would deeply appreciate if someone from Aabaco office can contact me in regards to my new web hosting account which I could not access at all. I have found all ways to send my enquiries for the past 2 weeks. Please help

  13. Your help staff is great. I would have give 5 stars if it had not been so time consuming to access a phone number for your customer service department. A suggestion….why not provide that information to your hosting customers to have if needed? Thank you for fixing the problem, I look forward to working with you during the New Year.
