  2. I agree on free month membership and ABC charge my account 59 .89. I was told that the money was back to my account , and it’s not there!

  3. I tried to reset my password to cancel my subscription (my daughter did not like the program) and they won’t get back to me. I’m getting charged for something my daughter only used once and I can’t cancel it. What’s funny is I know that when I signed up I put in a password that I use a lot so I wouldn’t forget and if I try to use it it says it’s incorrect.

    So I tried to contact customer service and they won’t email me back. Tried again this morning and hopefully, someone will get back to me. If not, I’m going to report those charges to my bank as fraud because I really have no other choice.

    How can a big company that is constantly advertising on tv not have a customer service number?

  5. I need someone to call me ASAP. I was charged which I did not authorize or know about in February for $119. Not knowing that I thought I thought my membership expired which it did. I was resigning for half price and was only going to be charged $45. I was also charge for $59.95. This has upset me so much that at this time I want everything credited back to my account and I will no longer use your company. I will make sure to tell everyone I know of the scam you are running. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I left a message last week and did not get a return call. From all the comments on this site I see I one of many who has been scammed. I also think the local news should know about this. Maybe they can help me and all the other customers you have been doing this too get answers, responses and the money back.

  6. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH EMAIL’S CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ABC MOUSE FOR OVER 2 WEEKS NOW. BOTH TIMES I GET A GENERAL AUTO RESPONSE- WHICH DOESNT HELP MY SITUATION. MY EMAIL HAS CHANGED AND I HAVE to FORGET MY PASSWORD. MY GRANDSON NEVER TOOK INTEREST IN THIS SITE. I TRIED. I DIDNT ASK FOR A REFUND HOPING THINGS WOULD CHANGE.

    THEY MUST “EMAIL” YOU NEW PASSWORD BUT MY EMAIL HAS CHANGED!!

  9. I purchased 3 months for $19.95 with the first month free. I have been charged twice already in one month on my credit card for $19.95. I can’t seen to talk to anyone by phone. I was excited to get this for my grandsons, The school system where I had taught purchased this and was very impressed with it. I am very upset with the company’s customer service.   10. this is a scam and its crap, i recommend nobody fall for this. I signed up for the 30 day free trial and they have charged my account over 100$ and you cannot get through to anyone it wont let cancel my account or anything……. very angry

  12. For a few years I have being looking for a way of reaching a person who would help me cancell my membership .

    I have been paying for a program that is not used anymore. When it is use more then half the time the password has to be reset. Please get me out of this.

  13. Purchased ABC mouse on a tablet but as soon as I was charged found out the tablet speed isn’t fast enough to support. Now I’ve been charged for a year and can’t contact anyone to help me cancel. Contact phone number?? Anyone??

  14. I am not sure why you are charging me I signed up for 1 yr paid up front now I am getting charges on my credit card. I need to cancel and a refund for last few months charge. My daughter is 7 and doesn’t use anymore she has outgrown.
