  2. I am very upset, I have tried to cancel my account and it just won’t CANCEL!!! please call me @ ASAP. Just because it isn’t coming from your bank account doesn’t mean that you should not be supportive in our request and please allow us to cancel our account…

  3. This company is a complete rip off. I have tried to cancel my account numerous times, and instead of canceling it, they just kept charging me.. Worst thing of it all is that their is no phone number to contact anyone!!!! The only thing you can do is email them, which they never respond too…. Their customer service SUCKS!!!!

I forgot my password and even clicked on the link forgot password and it said that it would send something to my email and it never did and there is no number to call either. very frustrated because I am paying for this and there is no way to reach you guys my son is not able to get on it.

  9. My daughter ordered this for me to give to my grandson last year for his birthday. It was automatically renewed last week without my permission and have I have been unable to speak to anyone directly to cancel and obtain a refund. Seniors who are living on a fixed income do not like to be surprised with charges like this. An email notifying me ahead of time would have given me some notice and also an opportunity to cancel.
