  1. Hello my name is Darcel Birton I live in South Bend,In and I purchased a phone about two weeks ago from a guy signing people up for free phones outside at Krogers on western ave.well someone has stolen my phone my question is how do I get another one?

  2. Hey I agree entirely and I think that we should all send registered letters to the office. Hey I know we can all afford at least $2.00 to let the big wigs know that we are their customers. even though we don’t pay for these phones the government says that we are allowed to have them. They need to know that if it were not for us they would have to go and get another job. I have had my phone for about 3 years have over 1000 minutes because the stupid phone will NOT WORK. and just like all of you I am sick of not being able to speak to a human!! all I can get is recordings. This is just not right. Let’s all rally together. there is strength in numbers.

  3. Can t get a real person to talk me thru my problem and there’s no local store I can get help from. If I can’t get my phone up I will lose precious personal pictures. I will be very upset! Who can help us out there? This is bullcrap!

I’VE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO SAFTYLINK, ASSURANCE, BUT NOT ACCESS. I THOUGHT I’D TRY AGAIN WAS LED TO THIS LINK. THE PHONE I RECEIVED FROM ONE OF YOUR FIELD AGENTS WILL NOT CHARGE.   5. None of the phone numbers direct you to a person, just prompts. The corporate number is no longer in service. The Coolpad phone is a cheaply constructed piece of junk…

  6. It seems I’m not alone. I tried to get a live operator. All I can get is this BULL—- automated recording. I just got my phone and can make and receive calls but don’t know how to access internet.. I also couldn’t get a straight answer on the cost of additional minutes/data.

My Phone is not working very good at all an I am very unhappy with my service from you all an I can not download any or my pictures an tell me that I have 900 megabit an I can not get access to any of my service you all provide to me I am very unhappy with access wireless Service as of this day 🙁
