  2. I own both Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4.3. In Photoshop I can’t include photos capured after January 1st 2013 in Bridge and in Lightroom I can’t include those photos at all. Also, is there a way to sharpen focus in Lightroom?

    What should I do

  3. We’re a new MAC User which has no bearing on installing Photoshop CS5. We purchased Photoshop on line and was sent a link. The link did NOT work, so the first email was sent, then we waited all day until the evening until we heard back. So at that time there were several emails back in forth with no fix. Finally at 9 pm we were asked if they could call, wonerful we thought finally going to be able to load this and be done. No such luck, my husband couldn’t understand what the lady was saying so he ask for someone else that spoke english a little clearer. He was told no one was there it was China. After trying she said someone would call him back in 30 minutes. Well 30 turned into 60 minutes and then the SAME lady called back and said she email another link for us to try. By this time it’s getting late & we get up at 5 am for work. The download seemed to be working and at the end it did not reconize it. We have NEVER had such a problem getting customer service to help. I sure hope my college student doesn’t need anything else from ADOBE. VERY DISAPPOINTING, a waste of time and money.

  4. I’ve been using photoshop cs6 and lately when I bevel something (type OR object, doesn’t matter which) the bevel edge is transluscent, not opaque – even when I use “normal” or any setting and set opacity of highlight to 100%. How can I get my bevels to be opaque – not transluscent?
