  1. hello i made a booking to a hotel in indonesia. i used my brother’s credit card and i already have the confrimation and it is already charged. In the check in policy they need the credit card and a valid id. will they accept authorization letter from my brother or they can accept other credit card?

    i had booking ID: 31154679, 31154411 and 31155728, all booked on behalf of friends including me. but in my account , i have records only on 31155728. What about the rest, can you add them in so I could have more rewrds?

    iv been trying to book my hotel reservation .. but im havin a hard time now not unlike before just input the details of the card then it will process easily.. and now its different u have to input the details of cards then after u have to attached necesarry dostuffents which i did but still not accepted… so please kindly help now im loosing my patience makin payments of my desired hotel reservation… thank you very much

    I have booked through Agoda – booking number 30245995.

    However, Agoda has charged my credit card the full amount – TWICE.

    I need this to be reversed as soon as possible!

  9. i booked6 nights at the inn at boynton beach boynton beach florida from apr 12 to apr 19 this was a mistake in the booking it should have been for 6 nights not 7 my return flight to newark is on the18 not the 19 irequest a refund for the additional night my e mail is listed below thank you

Agoda, i have made a booking at orchard parade hotel at 19 march,but then because its said that to try again,so i thought its not done,then i have made another booking at mandarin hotel with other c.card…but when i finished my booking at mandarin hotel,come email from agoda that orchard parade succesfull booking also…so,i made cancelation on that day too,it confirmed but why till now agoda still charge me full price on my c.card? Please answer quickly,thanks

  12. My reservation # is28286657 in Ramada deira hotel, but the bill show me $160.00usd, and they charged me $385.00. And i will cancel this, i decided no go no were.

  14. weve booked for 3 days in excell inn makati city philippines for 3 days. march 16-19, 2013. the place is so horrible and is not accesible in the main buildings, streets, malls etc. not unlike in the description of the hotel.

    please let us cancel at least 2 days of our booking and we will book in another hotel but still thru agoda. we will book for another hotel that has an ideal location from march 17 -18, 2013

    please asap.
