I have made a reservation f0r 3 march 2014 for 1 night at Amari airport hotel close to Donmuang airport Bangkok on 12 Feb. by ebooking and paid by VISA which Agoda already withdrawed the money ,by the way I was waiting for reservation voucher or news from Agoda till today, no respond .therefore I repeat a reservation once again today which payment will be due on 26 Feb. now ,I want to cancel today reservation no.XXXX ,so I will be very much appreciate if you don’t collect room fee from my VISA.Thank you.

  2. I have the same complaint that everyone above has had with Agoda. Made a reservation yesterday, I’m still waiting for the confirmation they said they would send within 30 mins. Thinking they were a reputable company I gave them ALL my credit card information. I have tired accessing my account and cannot – I have written twice asking for a way to check on my password – NOTHING back from them. This is very scary to me. I will NEVER do business with them again and believe me I will be telling all my traveling friends about this outrageous and unprofessional behavior. I thought I was going to get a phone number on this website so, I could call them and talk to a rep – NOT. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I am going to write Trip Advisor, i’m sure they would want to know that they are doing business with some real flakey people.

I had made a booking on 23rd January 2014 at 9.35 a.m through agoda.com for a business partner in Sharjah Holiday International first for 2 nights of 24th and 25th January 2014 and subsequently again at 9.52 a.m for 26th and 27th Januray 2014. For the 1st 2 nights I received an electronic hotel voucher for Confirmation for Booking ID # 42888499. The amount was deducted for these 2 nights through authorisation reference 021706.

    Now the for the 2nd booking for your Booking ID number is 1641058893 (26th & 27th)I did not receive a voucher and the hotel has declined to accept the guest, but the amount was once again deducted through authorisation reference 066127. I request you to refund this amount forthwith. How can you deduct the amount without providing me a hotel voucher in the first place?

    Apart form the Once again agoda is holding one more similar amount although that has not been claimed by you (authorisation number 077616). Why is there so much confusion in your workings?

    Now you need to refund the second amount and not claim the 3rd one as there is no further booking at all for you to even lodge a claim.

    I request an immediate reply and resolving of the problem and refund of the second amount immediately.

    Every time when I book through Agoda, there will be a booking summary showed and email will be received. However when I log into my Agoda account, the amount indicated there is US Dollar, just wondering where can I see the booking detail like how many days I book and price for each day together with hotel tax and service tax. Thanks

    Dear Mr. Manager,

    I just booked April Suites hotel in Pattaya, Thailand. First I booked for 13 days from Jan 31 st 2014 to Feb 13 th check out. This was charged to my card correctly.

    Then I booked the same type of room for one more day as my ticket is on 14 th Feb. But as per my bank statements and records, you have charged two times the second amount , that is for one day.Means you have charged one day extra in my card. I am a regular user of AGODA, kindly credit this same amount to my card immediately. The booking number is 41751591.

  7. I have paid my hotel reservation. But I got email said, it was cancel: we were unable to charge your card. Please advise what to do. You already charge my reservation, how ever you said it was Free of Charge. Do you have Customer Service in Indonesia?

My brother had booked on agoda for 28dec 2013 till 1 jan 2014 for hotel at bali indonesia…he already got booking number and e-voucher fr agoda and cc was charged by agoda…but the hotel rejected him when he was checked in cos they didn’t get confirmation email fr agoda…what must we do? Anybody can help? Could agoda avoid my bro transaction?

    You have no contact number apart from one that requires you to input your booking ID… god forbid I just want to speak with a human to gain some information about your company! It is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!

    How companies such as yourselves survive I will never know!

  10. I have the same problem.I accidentally enter the wrong email id but i called the hotel which i hv booked and checked whether my booking was made or not. The hotel confirmed my booking and gave me the confirmation number. I can check in the hotel with the confirmation no. I still want a copy of hotel voucher but dont’ know how to get from agoda.

  12. I have booked my hotel in agoda 4 days ago but after that when i reach the hotel in mahabaleshwar the hotel record is not showing my booking so help us as fast as u can…. or refund us…because this is really bullcrap…..

  14. I have booked hotel accomodation last night for fragrance hotel. My credit card has been charged already and yet I have not receive any confirmation nor hotel voucher regarding the completion of my booking.. Pls take time to check on this. Thanks

I booked hotel thru Agoda service but unfortunately the it prompt my car is invalid, i used 2 different card and both failed. but today after i checked my statement, the amount is debited from my both account, it means the 3 failed attempts for booking but 3 payment was debited from my cards.

    Hope Agoda get back to me to resolve this matter.

  17. We had a booked at Maemar hotel in Bournmouth on 21 September. Our booking number is 35806132. Everything was ok but we couldnt find TV remote in the room ? Also there was no hot water in shower or washing basic. We thought that breakfast was opened from 7am but they open from 8.30am. It was too late for us to leave early for our work before breakfast open! The staff were friendly and helpful but three things were missed no breakfast, no TV remote and no hot water.

    Let you know that we are Deaf and used British Sign Language. We dont used phone, please contact by only email. We ask you what do you think of it? We are not sure if we can refund ? Thank you

  18. hi, i booked a free cancellation hotel and it says that you will charge us upon checking in. but the billing already appear in my credit card. That means i can never cancel it anymore? can you explain why they charge us??? I need an answer. thank you

  19. My Booking no. 34280322 from Philippines, I cancelled it and it was already deducted to my husband’s credit card. May I know if you can retain the said booking with same details, since it was deducted/ considered paid. hoping for your immediate action on this matter.
