  1. “Terrible Customer Service .. i’ve been on hold for almost 2 hours waiting to speak with an assoc.

    I placed an order on line just received the shipment ONLY 1 shoe came.. How crazy is this!! “

  2. “DO NOT SHOP ALDO STORES. I WAS A FREQUENT SHOPPER AT ALDOS IN NAPLES FLORIDA UNTIL AN INCIDENT HAPPENED WHICH WAS NEVER TAKEN CARE OF BY THE MANAGER, REGIONAL MANAGER, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORS. I MADE A PURCHASE AT THE NAPLES STORE IN APRIL 2015. THE SALES ASSOCIATE (HELEN) ASKED ME IF IT WAS GOING TO BE DEBIT OR CREDIT. I SAID CREDIT, SHE TOOK MY CREDIT CARD OUT OF MY HAND, TURNED IT AROUND TO LOOK AT THE SECURITY CODE NUMBERS ON THE BACK AND THEN HANDED THE CARD BACK TO ME AND TOLD ME TO SWIPE IT. I SWIPED MY CARD AND COMPLETED MY TRANSACTION. THE NEXT MORNING I DISCOVER OVER $800 WORTH OF CHARGES FOR GAMES AND TEENAGE PRODUCTS HIT MY CREDIT CARD. WITH ALDOS’ BEING MY LAST CHARGE ACTIVITY ON MY CARD THAT I DID, LOW & BEHOLD WHEN I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DEFINITELY PROCESSED ALONG WITH MY LAST PURCHASE. THE LITTLE SNEAK OF A SALES ASSOCIATE HELEN, WHO I NOW FIND OUT USED A FAKE NAME….HER REAL NAME IS JESSICA, STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND WENT TO TOWN HERSELF AND CHARGED OVER $800 WORTH OF ITEMS ON MY CARD.

    I REPORTED THIS TO THE STORE MANAGER AND REGIONAL MANAGER. AFTER NOT HEARING FROM ANYONE REGARDING THIS MATTER FOR THE PAST MONTH, TODAY I CALLED THE REGIONAL MANAGER, MIKE VENDITTO (SP), AND HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO WAY THE STORE CREDIT CARD MACHINE COULD HAVE BEEN HACKED. HEY STUPID MIKE…..IT WASN’T THE MACHINE THAT GOT HACKED, IT WAS YOUR LYING EMPLOYEE THAT STOLE MY INFORMATION. MIKE, SHE EVEN USED A FAKE NAME…….WHAT KIND OF AN EMPLOYEE IS THAT? NOT A TRUSTING ONE. SO IF YOU THINK I’M GOING TAKE THIS DISCOURTESY OF YOUR EGREGIOUS LACK OF INTEGRITY, YOU GOT ANOTHER THING COMING. I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY THAT NOT ONE ONCE OF COURTESY WAS GIVEN TO ME IN RETURN FOR THIS OUTRAGEOUS ACT OF FRAUD AT YOUR STORE. I WILL CONTINUE TO DEFAME YOUR NAME………ALDO.

  3. Worste customer service ever. I had to send boots back because they parted at the sole after one wear and Aldo sent me a return package and now I’m being billed for it. Also was supposed to pay ups and it’s been 5 months and no cooperation. Even my handbag was poor quality. Never buying from Aldo again.

  4. Aldo customer service are very bad!!!!! I has called the customer service toll free number 5 times and hold the call over 10 minutes each time but has never spoke to any customer service people,they just don’t want serve you.

  5. The 2012 new pointed toe sude black pumps that priced at $89.99 are not made with quality. The suede is very was to spot and the damn and yes I said DAmn has weaken, leaned and snapped. Its my second pair and only wear them to work, besideds I have a desk job. No other pumps but Rainbow pumps which are like 19.00 has giving this trouble….

    I will be purcahsing form Dillards; brand Vince Cuamato and Jessica Simpson, and BCBG/

    My baked 6 inches platform are still wearble after 2 years… Aldos Stopping the defects of you all pumps. money wasted, very dispointed.
