  1. I purchased a number of bracelets a few months ago and one of them broke. I contacted the customer service and they were able to look up my order number and tell me how to return since they are covered under a 1 year warranty. I couldn’t have asked for any better help then what I received. Thank you.

  2. Poorest customer service ever. I will never order from them again. I have probably called 30 plus times and have never spoken with anyone. Number was either busy or left messages and no response. Sent emails as well. I recieved one response from an email saying that they would contact me. They NEVER DID.

  3. I think the jewelry is very cute, but agree with the comments about tarnished-looking the bracelets get quickly. Terrible customer service. I returned an item a month ago, never received my merchandise credit, and there was no communication. Have been trying off and on for a week to call – only to get a busy signal and when you keep hitting redial and finally do get through, the on-hold music is one same song, over and over and over. Took 25 minutes on hold before I spoke to a live person this morning – was told I would see my credit within 24 hours. Coincidence? I think not. I believe it’s only because I had a tracking number and gave the rep the exact date and time they received the return. Time will tell if I have my credit by this time tomorrow – skeptically hopeful. Would not recommend buying online from this company.

  4. I have not heard back as well. Have a problem with the cheap links they use on the actual charm. They are not closely fitted so I know many who have lost the charm. Not happy and no answers.

  5. Horrible – first & last time I order from them – still wating on order place on 12/29. They are quick to take the payment. Not even a email response on an order status. Not good business to conduct at all!!

  8. I got several of these bracelets for Christmas, two of which were the same. All I want to do is exchange one and it seems to be an act of Congress to contact anyone there to ask a simple question. This company has got to have the worst customer service ever. They have almost 200 complaints with the BBB all over order fulfillment and nonexistent customer service. Like the two comments above I called the 800# dozens of times, sent emails, left messages after hours (which is the ONLY time the # doesn’t ring busy) the only reaction I got is when I posted a negative comment on their fb page (which oddly enough seems to be fully manned, but they can’t help you) It was quickly removed and I was asked to send a private message, which I did only to be told I needed to contact customer service!!! It’s enough to make you crazy!! Many are complaining about the quality of this jewelry and I have never seen so many negative comments about an 800 number. I found this number in my search for way way to speak to a human at this company, that number is 401-633-1486 I am going to try it in a few. It’s a shame that a company the pushes peace and wellness gets their customers so angry with their business practices!! Ironic?

  9. I agree with the poor customer service. I ordered two bracelets on 12/19 and I knew I probably wouldn’t get them by Christmas and that was okay even though they were gifts. Today is January 6 and I’ve emailed them several times and haven’t received the courtesy of a reply. I have also called them at least 20 times and the number is always busy. I will never order anything again from this company. I have already been billed for my order and can’t talk to anyone.

  10. WHY WON’T THEY ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN EMAILS??? CAN WE REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU? WE NEED SOME HELP IN THIS ISSUE AND ALSO IF THEY TARNISH SO FAST THEY NEED TO REPLACE THEM OR TELL US HOW TO FIX THEM. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT GOING TO ANSWER THE PHONE SO IT WILL ALWAYS BE BUSY AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL, HOW DO YOU CALL THIS A REPUTABLE BUSINESS? WE ALL NEED HELP IN WHO TO CONTACT.

  11. HORRIBLE – DON’T EVEN TRY TO GET THROUGH – it’s ALWAYS BUSY. I placed an order 12/18 – I didn’t expect if for Christmas but after 2 un answered emails (I can’t get through on the phone) I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM – and still no answers, no bracelets

  13. Awful customer service. Placed an order online December 28th. I’ve sent three emails, none of which have been replied to, not even a standard response. Cannot get through via phone as it is busy!

  14. Alex and Ani are not a reputable company – I placed an order for bangle bracelets on December 12th. Alex and Ani advertised that this was the last day to order from them in order to receive merchandise before Christmas. They billed me immediately even though they didn’t process my order until December 23rd and I didn’t receive the merchandise until December 28th. They were meant to be Christmas presents but I had to run out last minute and buy other presents because these didn’t arrive. I received my bill before the merchandise arrived. It was useless trying to call their customer service number because they are so unprofessional and so out of touch with their mailings that it is a complete waste of time once you get through. Took two days for me to even reach a customer service agent – they are always busy!!!! I tried to track my merchandise but that didn’t work either because they hadn’t mailed my merchandise when they said they did. I wouldn’t have even ordered on line if the jewelry store in my neighborhood had decent stock but they just keep telling customers that they are waiting for more stock. I previously purchased quite a few bracelets because my daughters and nieces liked them but they don’t last very long. Bad quality and the finish wears off. Better off finding something else to invest your money in because Alex and Ani is a waste of money.

  15. Alex and Ani has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order 12/14/13 and still haven’t received it. Today is 1/4/14. My credit card was charged but I have received zero shipping information. I sent 4 emails to customer service and haven’t received 1 response. I also have been calling consistently during their business hours only to get a constant busy signal. The only time you don’t get a busy signal is after business hours and then you get a recording. How they can ignore people who have placed orders with their hard earned money is beyond me. I’m completely frustrated at this point !!!!!!!!

  16. Same as previous – placed order 12/23 and called and emailed to get estimated delivery date( had to pay 9.95 shipping from Rhode Island to NY??)

  17. I placed a order Dec 15th it’s now Dec 30th. No product and every time I call the phone is BUSY.. Please help. I just want my Christmas present to myself.
