  1. I have purchased all you magazines since they started for all my family and some friends. I have had such problems receiving the issues. that when it was time to renew I decided no! the customer service is not good, I searched for a number to contact them, I emailed and sent a letter, no answer, after my last issue I didn’t renew. This year my grandaughter was selling all you magazine subscriptions, I ordered it. Guess what, never got them! now I am on the phone once again trying to get this resolved. This will be the last time, I will buy it in the store and pay the extra money rather then get myself stressed over always having to contact them.

  2. I had the same thing happen yesterday. I received the front page of the December issue wrapped in plastic saying “whoops, we screwed up” from the postmaster. I took it to the post office and talked with the manager and he told me to contact the magazine publisher to have it replaced. I told him I was going to buy one and bring him the receipt to pay for it since it is their crazy system. It isn’t the first time I have received beaten up magazines but it is the first time I received just the front cover. I would like to see if I can get another magazine sent to me. Thank you.

  3. i am guessing you did not get your all you because the post office tore it up like it did mine, all i got was the first page!

  4. Customer Service can be reached at http://www.allyou.com/customerservice or at 1-866-212-9065.

    I’ve missed a few subscriptions:

Here is there contact information for anyone looking for it. It took me a very long time to find their phone number and I never received responses from emailing their Customer Service. I doubt I will be renewing this subscription!

  5. I LIKE THE ALL YOU MAGAZINE, BUT WHY IS THERE NO TELEPHONE NUMBER ON ANY OF YOUR CORRESPONDENCE? IT WOULD BE MUCH MORE CONVENIENT FOR SUBSCRIBERS WHEN WE NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR COMPANY INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR A PROLONGED RETURN EMAIL.

I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON, AS I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH MY NEXT SUBSCRIPTION COST WILL BE. IN THE LETTER IT SAID ONE PRICE, BUT THE RETURN CARD SAYS ANOTHER.

  6. As you can see so many have not been helped, we need a phone # to speak with a person and know that our matters are being dealt with.

  7. I emailed you on 2/10/2012 and other times before this, but you said you received my email this last time, incident no. 13042495 but i haven’t received a reply. Can you please help. pam

  8. dear allyou please check your records i have paid by check in early nov. for my renewal of your magazine. i recieved a notice last week that it was my last one. check and please get back to me.

  9. Jean I have not received any All You magazines since last oct…I have paid subscription until 9/16? have not heard from them at all?

  10. This magazine was good while it was around. Unfortunately it has been shuttered. Postcards were received in the mail over the last two weeks to contact them to pick another subscription or to receive a refund. If you have a subscription and did not receive the postcard, the number to handle this matter is 1-866-914-3403. You will need your account number and a little patience as the refund will take 3 – 4 weeks, but I have seen posts saying people have received them in as little as 10 days. Good luck.

  11. I renewed a year subscription on 8-26-14 for Mrs. Robin Radler for one year from Dec. 2014 to Dec. 2015 and included my check #1089 in the amount of $25.00 to pay for it. Now I have received a subscription renewal notice again stating it expires Dec. 2014 and I need to pay $41.05. I already renewed it to Dec. 2015 when I paid a gift price of $25.00 back in August. Please explain. Thank you.
