  1. I have had a dispute since Dec and I keep getting shifted to someone in Indiai who has no authority to make decisions. and I have had letters re opening the case but never solving it. I though Amex was better than that.

  2. I had to give my cardnumber first before they offered me the choice of REPRESENTATIVE. I said it and an agent was on the line to help me

    regarding a check that was returned because the full account number was not on it.

  4. There is a profound problem when attempting to make payments with American Express. It is impossible to contact them by e:mail or any other source than phone. By phoning the so called “help line” the call goes to India where an imbecilic person cannot do anything but issue a problem number. Obviously the software group do not know what they are doing and are most likely bogged down with the amount of card members who are having the same problem. The website is totally useless because each time you try and access “customer service” you will find that there is no such thing.

  5. I donot need Tech support.

    I would like to get rid of Magazines I receiving through AMEX without my permission and prefer to speak with somebody whois icharge of it.
