  1. Getting a personal loan against my daughter’s life insurance was pain-free and simple. Now I am attempting to find out how close we are to paying off that loan, or what the remaining balance may be. This part is not quite so simple.

  2. My mother has had a life insurance policy with this company for YEARS and has been faithfully making her payments. The most recent payment she sent was returned to her by the post office with a yellow sticker stating NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED. UNABLE TO FORWARD. and no longer at this address handwritten on the envelope. I have for several days been searching for a customer service number to get some assistance and to see why the change and if there is a new mailing address. Needless to say, I HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL AND IM VERY FRUSTRATED. Next call is to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

  3. I was put on hold for 30 minutes so I quited.

    I need information about my policies (life and accidental). I do not know who is my agent now (my former agent isno longer with AGLA). Can someone please call me.

    Please email me my policies ASAP. Thank you.

  4. I have been helping my neighbor try to find out if her policies are paid up and all I have done is go to operator 8 and hold the line, I have never seen such as this and I though agla was easy to get in touch with. I sure feel sorry for the people who have policies with themThelma Liner

  5. My wife has tried to talk to someone at the agla office. After about 30 mins. on hold she did get to talk to someone. However the person she was talking to hung up on her. I can understand that if my wife was raising her voice of using foul talk, but my wife never talks like that. What kind of office is this. We just want to get our eight policy’s statements straight .

  6. I stayed on the line for over an hour – when I finally was able to talk to someone the line went dead. I need information about my policy ASAP
