  1. I just talked to a service rep. She assured me that all I needed was all taken care of. They called me back, after using their call back service, within 4 min. The rep. was very pleasant and helpful. Thank You, Ancestry………….It is so much appreciated!!!!

  2. “To whom it may be concerned: I wish to cancel my unexpected subscription to Ancestry .com inasmuch as I did not understand that by agreeing to a trial period that I would automatically be continued as a paying customer. It has become knowledge to me by checking my Master Card that I have been paying (automatic withdrawal) since Dec.17, 2013 until my most recent deduction as of March 17,2014. I trust that you have the where with all to check and find that I have not been using your web site during that time and would hope that by my requested cancellation that there could be some consideration as to some type of re-numeration. I so appreciate that this is solely my negligence but do feel at liberty to ask you to check your resources to see that I am sincerely stating my concern.

  4. I have been a member of Ancestry for several years, and have become increasingly frustrated with your service. It is so very slow now. It would appear that you have grown rapidly, and have not upgraded your abilities to serve in like manner. I have to wait far too long to get information. I pay good money for this service, and respectfully ask that you upgrade. I do not want to cancel service, but must be able to get information in a timely manner, as I did when I first joined. Please respond with advise as to what can be done to rectify this problem.

  7. Have found that some of my alive people are showing up when other people not authorized to see when they click on family tree. Called customer service and they asked me to email you to resolve. It is the Castellana tree. Also when you search it

    will also come up. These are people still living. I have not put in any death info. This is the iPod app. Thank You,
