Apple customer service sucks, and I actually spoke with a supervisor, i lost my charger and according to the warranty or insurance (what they called when they marketed to sell me); idk if it was the sales person that tricked me with wrong info to buy but when I actually called them after a year the supervisor responses- “ma’am just because you lost a part we cannot give out free stuffs”. I could not believe that, it cost me $220 for the warranty and I never called them before because I was so secure and relaxed I had paid for some insurance. Very disappointed and I love apple products, seems like they are now too big to care about customers individual reviews or concerns. They don’t even deserve this one star. I spent 1000s of dollars on apple products and they made me feel like a crap for A CHARGER. Way to go apple !!

  4. I get an update notification on my mac, i go thru all the bs of email adress and password and i get the lovly message that says:mUpdate Unavailable with this Apple ID.

    Which ID must i use, THAT IS MY APPLE ID!!!!!!!

  7. All I wanted to do was tell Apple ID that their map system has me located in Arizona. I have never even visited Arizona but every time I do anything that requires me to sign in to Apple and use my Password, I am informed that someone in Arizona is trying to sign in to my account. I know it’s me here in Maine so I accept it but I have to tell you it’s starting to really irritate me. I am NOT changing my email address to resolve this either. I have had this address for over twenty years and technology screwed up, not me. Please fix it. I have lived in the State of Maine my entire 60 years, 6 months and 7 days. Our home is in Osborn Township and a great deal of our time is spent on in Etna, Maine 04434. Thank you for your attention to this annoying issue.

  9. I’m using iphone 5s. It was using ios7 then the ios11 opdate appeared. so I started to opdate it untill it was varifying, then the phone turned off itself. since yesterday, I;v been trying to switch it on but it would on the screen and nothing else comes again, only the screen starting, so i need your help please!

  10. I want to know why I am receiving emails from customer service (see below) for my Apple account when I do not own any apple electronics of any kind, no iPad, iPhone, iPod, Mac, nothing. The emails are going directly into my junk folder and I delete them, but how many are you going to send and why am I getting them?!?!?!

    Needless to say I did NOT ‘click here” lord only knows what would have happened then.

    Receiving these errant emails stops me from becoming a customer at any time in the future. PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST!

I HAVE A MC BOOK 11.6/1.3GHZ/4GB/128GB I PUCHESE AUG 2013 ,WHICH I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH FOR MONTHS NOW I HAVE BEEN TO THE APPLE REPAIR SHOP TWICE AND THEY HAD MY MCBOOK FOR 21/2 WEEKS AND THE PROBLEM STILL IS THERE I HAVE READ SOME OF THE OTHER COMMENTS FROM PAST AND MY MCBOOK IS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM CAN I EXCHANGE MY MC BOOK OR DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE REPAIR SHOP HOW MANY TIMES BEFORE MY MCBOOK IS REPLACED

  12. All I needed to do was reset my password when I got my new phone. After trying unsuccessfully over 10 times to start the process by email (they never sent the email) I called the number. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The inept lady on the line just lead me through the prompts I was using online. Then she managed to actually get me LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! I am so mad right now I could cry! These people are beyond worthless! I just need you to send me the link in an email! Why can’t you do that??? Now I have two phones and neither of them work!!! DO NOT waste your time calling this number! Don’t even waste your money on Apple products! Just get a Droid….

I was just in the Apple store in Akron ohio and was very disappointed with their sales personnel my husband and I asked for a sales person to come over to help us purchase an iPod and he said someone will be right with you we waited for 15 to 20 minutes while everyone else who came in after us was helped especially the ones by the iPads I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

  14. Some how or another, all of a sudden my password was improper and as a result I have been locked out. I have tried numerous times to get everything corrected and I feel like I am on a Merry Go-Round. I had to think of a new apple ID and Password. Sooooo! thats what I did (About 12 times or more) However that didn’t work to well. After going through this process several times I have come to the conclusion that nobody in this company knows what they are doing. I’ll be honest with you, I am very, very disappointed in the Apple Company and still don’t have my id or password and do not foresee being able to get one any time soon. My initial Apple ID was r7 and my password was I had that since the day I bought the Mac (Big Mistake!!!!) One thing led to another and I still had my id but got locked out again and finally ended up with a password of Be . . . until today. All I am asking is to get my id of ; 7 and password of back again. Please turn this simple little problem over to a human instead of the computer that I am sure was handling this situation. Please!!!!!! give me the courtesy of a reply from a human or at least a letter stating that everything has been reset and I can continue without having to write another text about this horribly idiotic ordeal that I have been going through.

  16. My experience with apple support is that is a joke and a complete waste of time. The hire moron to read pro oils for any given proble. They do not know how to think or problem dove. If the have any training on the operating systems of the devices the are “supporting”, they hide it very well.

  18. Hi Bronwyn, I received this sms also saying that I won R650 000. I called him from my work number, but he asked me to call him back from the number on which I received the sms. very rude. I haven’t called back. Probably a hoax because I have the same reference number. These people should be reported and we should claim our money!
