  1. Apria has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. When I became Medicare eligible, (over a year ago), I had my doctor fax the dostuffentation to Apria that they required to transfer me to Medicare from my private insurance. I called last week to try and order a new mask and hose. After being transferred and on lengthy holds for 3 people, I was finally told that my account had not been set up right, and then I was transferred to another number with an even longer hold. They told me that I had to refax what my doctor had faxed them the year before. I had my doctor’s office fax it and then I called the next day trying still to order the mask and hose. They said that it takes them several days to know if a fax has been received, so after being on hold another 40 minutes, I still couldn’t order it. I called this week and after being on hold for 30 minutes for the number to order the mask, I was quickly transferred to another number and was on hold for 25 minutes and then the line went dead. At this point, I have called back and am on hold once more with not much hope of being able to order anything.

  2. I have been trying to get a knee Walker for my surgery tomorrow for almost 2 weeks. First they put my cell number in computer wrong. Then they keep telling me they have to process it first. And I will have it in 7 to 10 business days. Well it’s been over that and they are telling me the same thing today. I ask for a supervisor. They tell me they can’t find the supervisor. WTH is that. This is the worst experience I have ever had. And still waiting on knee Walker.
