  1. This is my third replacement phone. My main complaint is the pop up adds. They are constantly interfering with my efforts to text, answer calls and they are using a lot of power. Even trying to open my phone they are there. I keep getting notices that I am using too much power?? PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF

  2. Today my second phone died. I called Assurance and they told me they will send me a new phone. I hope the third one will be a charm as the saying goes. Before I called I went on Line and was told a computer specialist would help me, however, I had to pay for this if I wanted help, this is supposed to be a free service. Also, I don’t like to give my credit card out.

  4. With all of these complaints I can’t help but wonder why nothing is being done to improve this FREE service. Surely someone has read these complaints. Today for some reason my phone went dead, the battery was charged so that was not the reason. Finally I managed to get it on. A few times I have gone on line to ask the people who I suppose work for you to help me but I have to pay and I don’t have a credit card.. A couple of weeks ago I called customer service and was cut off 3 times, finally I spoke to a technician and was cut off again. I was on the phone for approximately 2 hours, what a waste. When I was cut off again I was in the same boat as I was when I first called.

  5. I have just read all of the complaints including mine. My question is why isn’t something being done. it seems people who are not wealthy suffer. You are supposed to help us not treat us with a lack of respect.

    1. “Assurance” ( “interesting” choice of names) assures to provide cheaply made TOXIC phones, w/ absolutely NO concern for their victims/customers. They are not only stealing from us as the consumers, they are from the govt. by charging more for these HORRID phones. Does any one remember as a kid tying 2 o.j. cans together w/ a string attached? We played w/ as a phone we made.Hmmm… At least those did not cause cancer!!! They may have performed better as well! These critons WILL have to answer to God Himself for all the folks lives they have jeopardized as us the consumers AND their workers who are being submitted to an extreme amount of radioactivity!!! Check these facts out for yourselves.I choose to buy a flip phone that does not have nearly the toxicity levels, & are MUCH MORE efficient!!! I am getting off of the “smart phone” zombie train “for I am sick & tired as hell & I’m not taking it anymore!!!”-William Holden movie “Network”
