  1. Okay Simply File a Complaint on line with the FTC.com and contact your local Better Business Bureau and file a BBB complaint as well. Also contact your US Senator and Member of Congress to file complaints with them after they send you the proper “Release of Information Forms”….Call your local radio and TV Stations as well!……

    Good Luck as I am dealing with these incompetents right now myself!

  3. Assurance phone broke. Sent old phone back. Return envelope was not included. Was sent 5 days later. Was told time would be extended. Now have no phone. No 611 service. Can’t even call to wish anyone merry Xmas. I am disabled and home bound. No other phone. What to do now

My phone went dead for the first time.I called Assurance (611) I got a recorded message that told me I was out of minutes.I purchased a 20.00 dollar top up card, A recording told me the pin number was invalid then I was told I could not allowed to add minutes then I received a message that after 11/30 2016 I will not be able to top up.The store will not deal with the situation no live person and mixed messages. Now we are stuck with no alternative phone service.

  6. My phone just quit working and I have no way to get assistance. I am unable to turn it on and have charges it for over 24 hours. Of course then are the 10 days in December where all it was useful for was searching. No extra time added or anything for no service.. I MUST find a new service. It is my only phone and I am a disabled senior citizen so when I need service I need it now not in 10 days.

    I asked what the requirements were and was told I needed an ID, EBT card and 1 more thing. I had all three,

    $20,00 to keep the phone active!!! If the phone is FREE, with FREE Minutes, WHY are you now asking me to

I did not wish to give this webpage a star at all, 611 for customer service did not work i called from my phone to ask a few questions to be directed to a extreamly poorly constructed website!!:( (not worth space in yahoo’s data base if you ask me, don’t know how this company’s media outlet is being fufilled, to meet customers needs!!!!) iF you wish to have customer service through a phone provider, this free phone is not for you, I would be better off to steal a truck of any other carrier full of phones to suite my needs as a human beign, while in a “homeless shelter”

  13. I applied for service with you after receiving a form from the local Community Action agency. I mailed that to you with the appropriate dostuffents. I have been on SSI since 1973. I am so far beyond poor I can’t breathe. I have not heard a single word. there was no letter for me to refer to nor did I create any 6 digit code? I have no idea what to do or how to get help. I have heard nothing from you. It has been over 2 months since I sent this in. I qualify for the lifeline service and yet I cannot get it. Can anyone help me please?

  15. I have had my Assurance Wireless for many years . I can’t call without keeping my phone plug in charging and when I remove charger from phone it will cut off cannot make call at all. It been not a reliable phone or service when trying to make a call that’s cuts off when talking only when plug in. I have replace battery don’t know what else to do.

  16. I have never had such bad service from any one any time in my 76 years. Due to a screw up at assurance wireless my phone got turned off for eight that’s right eight months. During that time I had to put off major surgery three times because of having no phone for medical people to contact me. No matter how hard I tried and begged assurance wireless would not admit to their mistake trying to put the blame on lifeline. Since I live in the middle of no where in the desert I have no other options for phone service. So I went through the whole procedure again and was sent another phone. This one lasted two weeks and right in the middle of a medical emergency I am right back to them telling me I am not authorized to make calls. I guess it’s time to build a fire and go back to smoke signals. Shame on you assurance wireless.

  18. When I call customer service guess what you can’t talk with a person what good is customer service when you can’t speak with a representative.

    I want to ask if there are phones that are bigger my eyes are bad and it’s hard to read keys and texts are there bigger phones for someone like me who has poor vision
