  1. I have been trying unsuccessfully to make a complaint and I am unable to do so. One form says that my AT&T high speed was placed 5/25/12, the repairman had me waiting until after 8:00n and did not come, I finally get an AT&T sticker on my door on 6/19/12 saying your service installation is correct.WRONG, my service went directly to another ladies home.

After which I have been getting people who would be considered ESL (English as a second language) such as Ramona and Jovy who don’t give a dam about your customers. I still have not received my service, plus my bill is going to my physical address instead of my P.O. Box as has been for years.

When you call I do not want an automated system, I want to speak to someone, anyone whose language is English as the first language.

I am looking to transfer to a different provider perhaps Verizon and the new company in Little Rock, AR may be a better choice than AT&T. AT&T is NOT customer friendly, “AT&T is customer frustation”. Sick and being tired of poor service!!!!!

  3. I have been trying to get through for the last several days regarding the problems I am having with my contacts in my email account. AT&T needs to get a better technical support system. Your internet service keeps going up every couple of months, as well. I am thinking of going back to cable!

  4. ATT.NET NEEDS TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS RECEIVE ACCESS TO THEIR EMAIL ACCOUNTS. SUDDENLY IT STOPPED WORKING AND NO-0NE IS SAYING ANYTHING. CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN LEFT OUT ON A LOOP UNABLE TO ACCESS THEIR EMAIL ACCOUNTS.

FOLKS ARE ROUTING CALLS TO INDIA FOR HELP AND SERVICE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. ATT.NET IS DIRECTING ATT.NET USERS TO YAHOO WHERE YOU CANNOT USE AN ATT.NET ID AND PASSWORD FOR A YAHOO ACCOUNT. THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD THE SECURITY QUESTIONS WHICH YOU ANSWERED OVER 10 YEARS AGO IS INCORRECT. HOW DO YOU GET BACK TO ATT.NET TO RETRIEVE VALUABLE INFORMATION YOU NEED?……THIS CAN COST YOU YOUR JOB!…..NOT GOOD!
