I’M REALLY UPSET WITH AUTOZONE FIRST OF ALL, I WAS ORDERING A PART FOR MY CAR, YOUR SALES PERSON ASK ME WHAT MODEL AND YEAR WAS OF MY CAR WAS, I TOLD HIM THE YEAR BUT I DIDN’T KNOW THE MODEL BECAUSE I’VE ONLY HAD IT FOR ABOUT A WEEK OR SO, SO LIKE A GOOD GUY HE WENT OUT AND CHECKED, CAME BACK AND TOLD ME IT WAS A CENTARY, I SAID OK, I THANK HIM FOR TELLING, SO HE ORDERED MY PART, AND HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE IN TWO DAYS LATER AT NOON, SO I WAITED TIL 12:30 ON SAID DAY AND I CALLED, I WAS INFORMED THAT THERE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN AND THEY DIDN’T KNOW IF THE PART CAN IN OR NOT, FOR ME TO CALL AN OTHER STORE IN THE AREA THEY COULD TELL ME IF IT WAS IN OR NOT, THE FIRST STORE I CALLED THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 8 MINUTES AND NEVER DID GET BACK WITH ME, SO I CALLED THE OTHER STORE THE GUY THAT ANSWERED HE COULDN’T HELP ME SO SOMEONE ELSE GOT ON AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN’T TELL ME IF THE PART CAN IN OR NOT, TWO DIFFERENT STORES TWO DIFFERENTS COMPUTERS, SO FINALLY ABOOUT 3 HOURS LATER I CALLED BACK TO THE STORE I GOT THE PART ORDERED, OH YES I HAVE IT IN MY HAND,, I SAID I’LL BE RIGHT THERE. I GET TO THE STORE THEY GET THE PART I LOOKED AT IT. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PART I HAVE, THEM I FIND OUT THE SALES PERSON ORDERED THE WRONG PART, MY CAR IS A LaSEBER, SO NOW I WON’T GET MY PART UNTIL SOMEDAY NEXT WEEK, HE SAID TUESDAY.,SO, YES I’M UPSET WITH AUTOZONE. AFTER I GET MY PART I’LL PROBLEMLY NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, I WOULD IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE TO SHOP.
