I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE ACCOUNT ON ONE OF MY DOGS TAKEN CARE OF. A YEAR AGO I STARTED PAYING $43.95 AS THE CONTRACTED SAID, NOW A YEAR LATER AM STILL PAYING THE SAME AMOUNT, EVEN THOUGHT I RECEIVED NOTICE THAT STARTING MARCH 22,2015 MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS WOULD BE $25.95. JUST LIKE MY OTHER DOG. I HAVE CALLED BEEN REFERRED BACK TO CLINIC BEEN TOLD THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, BEEN TOLD I SIGNED FOR IT, BEEN TOLD I HAD BEEN OVER CHARGED FOR MEDICINE, BUT STILL THE PROBLEM THAT I CALLED ABOUT STILL NOT TAKEN CARE OF IT. I FEEL THAT THE MONEY THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT SHOULD BE RETURN. CLIENT ID ESN000V IF SOMEONE WANTS TO LOOK IT UP.
I am getting repeated request from 1 800 pet meds for a prescription from the Newburgh, NY Hospital. Quicker response is needed.
How can customer service speed up the request for a prescription to be faxed from the hospital.
I am on a fixed income and my dog blackie is on the wellness plan.I am very upset about this company, they do not mind taking your money,but if you need help with your pet you better show money first cause they can care less about your pet. My blackie got hurt playing and I took him in to be seen and I asked if I can make a payment for there services cause I did not have money at that time and she said NO WE DO NOT DO PAYMENTS and if I wanted blackie to be seen I CAN COME BACK IN THREE HOURS. I am angry with Dr. Gotlieb for not allowing me to order a 3 month supply of Metimazole from my on-line provider. She reduced the number of pills to a one- month supply. NO REFILLS. Which means 1 800 med pets needs to request a prescription every month which is an INCONVENIENCE for me. MY CAT MEETS ALL HER REQUIRED APPOINTMENTS-there is no need for the doctor to limit her prescription count.

However I still have payments taken from my Wells Fargo account for your service. I am certain you were notified of my pet Punkin’s death by me or by the vets at your establishment.
Please look into this mistake. Excess payments have been withdrawn from my account.
