  2. I made the mistake of ordering something advertised on Facebook. I got the shipping email saying it shipped on 1/14/16. It is now 2/4/16 and I have not received it. Even the email with the tracking number on it is unavailable. I have no way to contact them. So the $19.95 that was charged to my card is lost to me. What kind of a company does business like that? A few years ago I bought patio furniture from Walmart that was made by them. I went to get replacement cushions and found out they didn’t make any. It used to be a name you could trust. BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!

  3. I’m not sure if it is really worth writing you.I appears that everyone sends you a check, you cash it and nobody recieves their magazines and gifts. Same thing happened to me. Are you going to do anything about it? I will wait 15 days for yor response, then I’ll turn it over to the State.

    At that time, I forwarded along with my check the coupon Thank You Gift free cookbook. I was eligible to receive Vol. 6 absolutely free,

    Well, this was NEVER sent and I would like to have what you stated as I have a copy of the Gift Coupon (SM-7371) if that helps, What is the problem in forwarding what you promised!!!!!! Not good customer relations,

  6. Where is my magazine. I subscribed in September 2015 and sent a check. You cashed my check and I have not received a magazine. I was to receive three complimentary books with my order and have not received them either. What is up? I received a confirmation with my account number. It says my magazine will expire September 2016. I expect you to change that date to one year from when you send my first magazine – when and if you send any. Do not send me back issues for September through December to make up for your error. If you are not going to send my magazine I expect a refund my money.

I’m really disappointed to learn that I am just another disillusioned sucker for fraudulent advertising by an unpredictable and unreliable company which obviously doesn’t live up to its promises or make any effort to do so. You guys should be sued for false advertising and put out of business. You were once a legitimate magazine worthy of the years of I have been subscribing. Sue

  8. I received and returned your Christmas book. This was in Oct. I keep receiving bills to pay for it. I do not have your book. Please stop sending bills to me.

  9. Have been getting your magazine for over 50 years. However, now I have been receiving 2 of every issue, one with my full name and a membership #BHG1294779432/9#, the other with my Mrs. name and #BHG0191481027/5#. I have not gotten anywhere to figure out what is going on using this website. It is most aggravating that BHG is failing this way.

    If you do care about this old fan of yours, you will respond. If not I may have to, finally, not renew anymore.

  10. MY HOME RECEIVED TWO COPIES OF THE DECEMBER 2015 EDITION, ONE TO ME AND ONE TO MY WIFE. I SUSPECT SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN WE DID A RENEWAL THROUGH A FUNDRAISER FOR ONE OF OUR GRANDCHILDREN’S SCHOOL. I WAS ANTICIPATING A FRUSTRATING TIME TRYING TO GET IT STRAIGHTED OUT AND COMBINED INTO JUST ONE SUBSCRIPTION.

    HOWEVER, I WENT ON LINE, GOT THE SERVICE PHONE NUMBER AND TALKED TO A VERY HELPFUL “CLARA”,

    IT ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO.

  13. I subscribed to BHG on November 17, 2015. I am still waiting to receive it. I’d like to contact customer service, but the prompt ask me for the subscfription number on the magazine label, which of course I do not have. I cannot get in touch with anyone regarding this. My Visa gift card was charged. I received the freebee “O” magazine regularly, and Food Network Magazine at the special price of $2.00.

I enter BHG contests every day today I went on the contest site & everything changed. the contests are now on the right side of page bottom line I DO NOT LIKE THIS NEW WEBSITE PAGE TO ENTER THESE CONTESTS IT THROWS EVERYTHING OUT OF WACK FOR ME PLEASE PUT IT BACK TO WHAT U ALREADY HAD DONT FIX IT IF NOT BROKEN

  15. I have been trying to change my mailing address over and over, with out success. After reading the many negative comments about your customer service site, I have given up and will let my subscription run out. There are too many good magazines I can order and be confident I can contact them when I need to.

  16. Cannot find customer service # for anything other than the magazine. We purchased BHG gazebo at Walmart. 16 parts missing. No help through Walmart. Need customer service number for product problems.

  17. I sent a check for renewal on 8/06/15 for 5.99 for one year. Just recently I got another request to renew this subscription… I looked in my checkbook, but missed seeing the previous signup… so I decided I must have let this mag expire….. so I chose to send in another request just last week, this time for $9.99 which included one free (not) membership. I decided to look in my checkbook one more time and found the check number for 8/06/15…but too late as I had already sent the second check in. I feel tricked into sending two checks. What does this mean?

    Now I suppose I have a two-year subscription. Please help. I would love to talk to someone.

  18. Received call today to renew my subscription. Told her I wanted to wait until my sub. was due which I thought was Dec. Looking at my records, I did renew in July 2015 for 1 year.and my thank you card I received said my subscription was until July 2016. Never received my free cookbook either.

    looking at the comments on web site they don’t look so good.

    Also, Why does my comment need to be submitted to website for approval???
