  1. FIVE S*T*A*R* Excellent customer Service, great with help in cancelling a Bill. I already made a comment for this matter, but forgot to star rate it.

Customer Service was PERFECT no questions asked, to cancel a Bill for a 3 year subscription that someone else had put me on for! she said to disreqard the Bill and that it looks like someone other than me signed me up for it, I said there shouldn’t be able to do that except for me and she did agree. Always be careful of soliciting phone calls, that maybe how it happened. P.S. I told her about a couple reviews on here that complained about not receiving the Cook Books and she said some people are inpatient they take a while to get. Happy New Year!

I bought your dishes and it has not even been one year and two of the cups are already chipped along with one of the small plates I am very unsatisfied with the set …my last set was a walmart brand which lasted me five years ..I thought by switching I would receive better quality but I guess not..very unhappy

  4. Tried calling about a special book for the Holiday Season…………had to get another number to call a company named Meredith although this was bought through Better Homes and Gardens.

    People at both customer service offices were GREAT………..wait time was null. SUPER GREAT company to work with……..no complaints!!

    FYI: If you ordered a book, the number to call is 1-800-439-4119.

    Beware: If you ordered a “Holiday” book (craft ideas, etc.), these are on a automatic 6 month “send another book” for $33.00………..ouch…………we did not see the “fine print that outlined this”.

  5. Just as previous comment suggests: just don’t put in your acct number at the menu prompt, then easy to get to a live and very nice operator to have billing questions answered.

  6. I sent email weeks ago about the Good Housekeeping Seal and it is listed with advertising

    for the company I got my new house windows from. If there is a Warranty Seal why is it so difficult to reach someone about the problem? I have always trusted the GH Seal, but I am finding out info on Window world that seems should effect your ” warranty” of this company. where is the contact for the WARRANTY BH& G claims to have on certain items??

  7. We are trying to get confirmation on canceling our subscription – when it EXPIRES – August 2014.

    After that we wish to no longer have any communications w/BHG – this is due to personal concerns. Thanks, for understanding. Maybe one day in the future we can reconnect with GHG.

  9. I ordered ‘CELEBRATE THE SEASON’ DO NOT OORDER!!!!!

    billing is screwed up and for SECOND TIME, I’ve received a dun letter, which I WILL report to my state’s attorney’s office!!!!! This has LONG been paid in full and I’m SICK TO DEATH OF TRYING TO DEAL WITH BH&G!!!! This is the FIRST TIME I’ve found ANY # to connect with them and don’t expect a good outcome! I”M FED UP!!!!

  10. Such a terrible time getting to a person in Customer Service. System should be set up so it is not so difficult to reach a person as all things cannot be handled by automated system. Would appreciate if a change could be made for the better.

  11. Terrible maze you go through to check the status of a subscription that you ordered and your check has been cancelled. But NO magazine has ever arrived. I give up.

  13. I bought one of you’re grills less than a year ago. I kept it in out of the weather all winter and brought it out this summer and it is all rusty. I am not very pleased with something that is suppose to be stainless steel that would rust. I also kept it covered and that didn’t help. I am very very upset with this problem.   16. I am looking for the shams that go with a quilt that I have. Walmart has one in a similar pattern but the flower buds are red (roses) and the one I have has violets on it. I have looked in a few Walmarts but to no avail. Would it be possible that I may get a set of these shams from you on this site. Thank you in advance. Please e mail me and let me know.

  17. I bought some blinds at Walmart but cold not find the free subscription mail in card. I called and was on hold for less than 4 minutes, no questions asked, they set up a free 1 year subscription. I did tell the agent that the number for customer service found on the box of blinds was a sex chat line!!! She apologized and said she would pass that along. It did not seem very convincing though. Sounds like the manufacturer in China is having fun with us.

  18. Have two Better Homes items, one is a throw and the other is a blanket. Both have fuzz all over, and even after you wash and dry it, it remains on the cloth. It say 100% polyester.

  19. thanks for this number!!!!I was sent two different bills with different amounts.One was from a phone call. The representative at bhg said it wasn’t from them.Same paper same address etc. At least she changed it to the lesser amount .
