  1. Looking for just the basket strainer section for my kitchen sinks. I have been to numerous plumbing stores and cannot find just the removable basket for the sink. This basket either allows the water to go down or holds the water in the sink. Thank you.

  2. no rating I have called 4 times and left messages and no one has returned my call I have a Blanco Napa pulldown ss Faucet and it leaks at the black buttons I need it replaced

  3. I have sent three e-mail messages to their technical support address regarding a problem with a blanco grace mod. 440683. I never received a response. I tried a warranty e-mail address with the same results. A phone call to customer service gave me the option to leave a message. surprise! surprise! I am still waiting for a response.

  4. Installed the Culina Faucet 1/6/2014. Morning of 1/7/2014 find puddle of water on countertop under handle. New faucet already leaking so I attempt to contact Blanco customer service by phone and email all day with no success. On three occasions, their automated phone system did put me through to the same so-called customer service person, but they immediately put me back into their automated phone system for Faucets and once for the supervisor voice mail. Never once offering to really handle my call or taking a second to offer me any suggestions how I might contact someone in their company. In my opinion customer service is totally non-existent at Blanco. I really like the appearance of this faucet and would prefer to get it fixed if not too painful, but at this point I do not feel Blanco deserves my business and may just return the faucet and pick something from another brand.

  8. Ordered a biscotti colored Blanco sink through the people who are doing my granite. It was ordered on April 4. Granite man was told it shipped April 9. Here it is April 24 and still no sink and no explanation. My granite is ready. Time is of the essence and I don’t know what to do. I can’t go without a kitchen sink.

  10. 04-19-2012 I have a Blanco faucet (over 8 years old) that has developed a small leak due to the cartridge, which is covered by a lifetime warranty. Called and the phone was answered promptly by a customer service rep named Tim. He agreed with my assessment of the problem and took all my shipping info and is sending a replacement cartridge at no charge. He said it was an easy fix and encouraged me to call back if I needed any further assistance or had any questions on how to replace it. Based on my experience, I have no problem whatsoever with their customer service.

  11. Called about warranty for my faucet, was told it’s on warranty told them the problem I was having with it. A very nice lady told me she would send the parts I needed to repair it, well after 10 days I called back told them never received the parts, was told by a very nice gentlemen they didn’t get sent for some reason and that he would send them out over night air two days I had the new parts.Now that’s good customer service thank you.

  12. Informed Blanco of my faucet problem on 11 Jan. 2016. Parts needed for repair arrived 13 Jan. 2016. (Gratis by the way). Repair completed 14 Jan. 2016.
