  1. Okay the magazine is great. The billing dept. is not. I have received an account delinquent nasty letter. I am paid in full, you have cashed the check. You keep sending renewals every week or more. Why renew if you can’t keep track of who has paid? I have been receiving this magazine for at least 5 or more years. Straighten up the accounting or I will send you a nasty letter!

I am a new subscriber and just received a saving opportunity to extend my subscription for ten issues for a small amount of five dollars, but the trouble is that since my subscription I haven’t, yes, “have not” received one issue mailed to my home but on the other hand, I have received the saving opportunity for ten issues of the boating magazine. What in the world is happening?
