  1. I am having diffculty contacting your customer service number. I have not received copies of the magazine for over 1 1/2 years despite paying for a 2 year renewal. What’s up?

  2. I have not received my magazine since July this year. My current subscription is good thru April 14. Helen (Acct #0234102986) Have been getting a disconnected msg on phone number listed.

  3. I called the Telephone number listed on this web site 1-800-829-9161 and was told it is no longer in service. Why is it still listed? We are not receiving our subscription. Why?

    Tried calling your phone number but get the recording “this number is disconnected or no longer in service. Please check your number and try again.”

    I did receive an issue dated July/Aug. 2017 but have not received any issues since then. According to my mailing label my subscription is due to expire in Jan./Feb. of 17.

    What is my/your status????

  5. I have been a long time subscriber to Budget Travel, but have not received an issue since Dec 2017. My subscription wasn’t due to expire until Sept 3013 and it was paid up till that time. I have received no notice of any type regarding renewal. I had recommended this magazine to a friend and am sorry now that I did it since they took her money but didn’t send her any issues at all.

  7. I, too, renewed my subscription in December and sent a gift subscription to a friend. Since then have yet to receive any magazines! Have been a long time subscriber and I am very disappointed in Budget Travel. Tried calling customer service number but it is no longer in service.

  8. Budget Travel Magazine – I paid forr a 2 year subscription and have not received an issue since Aug. 2017. I have tried to contact BT for months and have left about 5 voicemail messagages,but nothing ever happens and NO one calls me back. This is horrible and BAD business and PR!!

  9. Also renewed subscription in aug. 2017, and also a subscription for a friend, and have gotten nothin in months. They had no problem taking my money, though!

  10. Have not received an issue since Aug. 2017. Have tried to contact BT but nothing has happened. They have not returned my calls. Will report them to our Consumer Protection Dept.

  11. I have not gotten regular subscriptions of budget travel magazine and would like to unsubscribe from this magazine but see no where where i can do that. the one i got was not the kind of magazine i was expecting, i subscribed in 7-2017. is there anyway i can unsubscribe from that magazine?

  13. Yeah I’ve been getting the disconnected message for a week now. In addition I sent an email to the subscription service and it came back rejected. I have not received an issue yet so I notified my credit card company and they credited my account. They too think the company went belly up

    Just a note to express my disappointment with your customer service. My customer # is. I have been a customer for some time, even sending 2 gift subscriptions from your magazine. I somehow never re-newed my subcription, to my knowledge I didn’t get any notices. I asked about any old copies that I may have missed and was told that I would have to pay for them! No big deal, but it does seem to be not the best way to handle a customer. I guess it is the “new way”. Sorry customer service has come to this.

I places an order on line on Dec.2, 2011 for Budget Travel Magazine with Subscription Deals through Google and I have not received a confirmation of buying the magazine even though my credit card has already been credited for the purchase. I have tried calling the phone nos. that they gave and I only get a voicemail saying it is not receiving calls. I have tired reaching subscription deals on line and have not had any luck with that because their customer service page is just a page that you can not get on or be connected with anyone or anything. I am worried that this was not a legitimate subscription company and would just like confirmation of Georgia Wagoner buying a subscription of Budget Travel Mag. for Kyra Wagoner of Indianapolis, Ind. 46204. Can you do that for me
