  1. I purchased a 2017 Buick Envision in Dec 2017 – has the navigation system. Am using nav system in Florida where am unfamiliar with the area. Twice within a few days 2 locations were completely wrong with both a store and restaurant being non-existent – one closed 7 years ago. I have no confidence in system so am now needing to use my smart phone. I purchased the nav. package to have a reliable GPS so would expect a free update or refund for the upgrade package. Thank you for your consideration. I have been pleased with the buick brand in the past and have purchased only GM vehicles.

  2. I have a 1970 buick skylark with a 350-4 vinal hard top. However I have a 1969 vin# also was this car a regular hard top or did it come stock with vinal. thanks rick

I BOUGHT A 2010 BUCK LUCERNE 8 MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE HAD THREE CLOSE CALLS WITH ACCIDENTS.THIS CAR HAS SO MANY BLIND SPOTS,WHEN LOOKING TO LEFT YOU CANT SEE BECAUSE OF DOOR PANELS AND HEADREST.THIS CAR IS VERY POORLY DESIGNED I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH BUICK WITH NO LUCK ONLY THE RUN A ROUND.WELL I DONT GIVE UP THEY MET THER MATCH.

  4. I watched ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ tonight (03/11/12). I disagree with the reasons Trump fired Andretti. I’m disappointed in Buick looking for an endorsement from Andretti and because they didn’t get it, Trump looked bad, and Andretti was fired. I’m disappointed. I’m disappointed. I’m disappointed. Maybe would have considered a Buick because of the presentations but now because of the firing, Buick is at the bottom of my list of cars I will look at for some time to come.

  5. I bought a Buick Verano in 2013 and have had great service in Manhattan Ks. I moved to Cape Girardeau, mo. in May 2015 and the service at Van Mater is not so good. I took my car into the service dept. and they have very little customer service, had the electronics checked because of dash lights diming and blue tube not working and they updated it which nothing was set back like it was when I took it in there. I ask the sales person to have service to call me which was 2 weeks ago and yet have had no call, I was able to set the clock but had to get someone else to set up the Blue tube again. I feel they should have to put my car back like it was when I brought it in. I also do not understand with a new car and I only have 14,000 miles on this car it should not have those black streaks running down the front bumper every time it rain or when you wash it from the lights. they say it is normal. I think when you pay over 25,000. dollars or more on a white car this is a problem for GMC and it needs to be taken care of. I will not ever take my car back to the dealer here in Cape. The lights need to be fixed so they are good at night time driving to, its terrable I will never buy a Buick again. Thank you
