  2. hi my boyfriend gave me a bvlgari leather bracelet,it comes from a box but i still want to know its authenticity, it has a serial number of BLV0140.. & it has a markings of BVLGARI made in Italy. still i want to know if it is real.tnx

  3. I paid £1800 for a ring which had lost its white gold colony already. It looks counterfeit. Have emailed bvlgari twice and no reply. May as well of paid £4.50 or the moody ones in Egypt

    My boyfriend bought me a bottle of Jasmine noir – my favourite perfum. I am so upset the spray top has broken off and the bottle is 2 thirds full. Is there anyway you can fix it?

    Llevo utilizando Omnia Crystalline muchos años y es mi perfume favorito. Mi sorpresa es que han cambiado la formulación, eliminando Hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde, y el resultado es la falta de permanencia del perfume. Tengo todavía perfume que si que lo contiene y la diferencia es abismal. Me gustaría conocer la razón de ese, desafortunado, cambio. Saludos

  6. Hello, I have a bvulgari ring that has broken! It was a gift so I don’t have the reciept and no longer have access to it? I have a serial number off the ring itself! What is my next step to getting it repaired?

  8. Bought atomizer perfume while on vacation. Upon opening pkg after returning home I find the atomizer does not work. I emailed company a few days ago and still no response. Bot at all pleased with the quality of spray, especiallynwith what I paid for the perfume!

  9. Bought a bottle of BVLGARI MAN over Thanksgiving and the spray pump is not working. It appears that the tube is tight against the bottom of the glass. While I may have the receipt I bought it in Delaware and live in Florida. What are the procedures for getting it replaces?

  10. Bought a pair of bvlgari earings in rome. Quite expensive but i thought i was paying for quality. Unfortunately after just a month of using the earrings, the post broke and i brought it to bvlgari shop at greenbelt manila. That was last september 2017. Its already december 2017 and imy earrings hasnt been returned. Customer service is unbelievably uncaring! I will never buy a bvlgari jewelry again!!

  13. Sending you this mail very surprised & honestly disappointed with quality of one of your products believing that it is just one accidental event.

    Just month ago, together with my wife I was on vacation in France, Annecy.

    There, in one of the oficial Bvlgari jewelry shops I purchased her B ZERO 1 ring with three diamante rows. Knowing that this is (by design & price), one of your top products I was sure that ring will be in same condition as it was in the shop, for many years, but obviously I was wrong.

    Just a few days ago, my wife noticed that one diamant is missing. Have to mention that my wife wear the ring rarely, just for special occasions taking care about her stuff.

    Is it that missing diamante just the first one in the line? Should she expect to lose one (or few) of them every time she wears the ring?

    Keeping on mind your reputation & that you one of the best world’s brand, kindly asking & expect from you to solve this problem which make my wife unhappy and sad. With the reason!
