I have called the Chase Customer Services to enquire about 1099 – A or C for my foreclosed property in Southern California. The property was foreclosed in Nov 2010. All I get is run around and put on hold for few minutes and repeat my story as I am being transferred from one department to another as no one seems to find any information on there system.
I have been even told the property has not been foreclose. The county records showed bank foreclosed and listed property for sale in Nov 2010.
Need help.
My banking experience with Chase has been very poor at best. Dealing with Chase Bank is like rolling dice, you never know what you are going to get. I have let 3 messages with “branch managers”, e-mailed and called the “support centers”. NOONE has cared enough to return my e-mail or calls.I am done with Chase.
Customer service did not help at all. They just keep saying the same thing over and over.
