  1. hello my name is Ruth and I frequent my local Chick Fil for lunch(gotta say love your chicken!!)and have never had an issue with customer service at my stapley location until now, and it left a very bitter taste in my mouth.this morning i decide to have breakfast there and as the cashier Mitchel asked me what i wanted for breakfast (i was starving) he suggested something new- the breakfast burrito- so i tried it- got it out super quick, but when i bit into it it was super COLD.YUCK! it tasted like the tortilla was never heated and the cheese straight out of the freezer, i kindly asked mitchel if i could get it microwaved or get a bagel instead and as he asked his manager right infront of me, the manager Amanda or “Mandy” harshly reminded him that “we dont have microwaves, everything is made fresh here- she can have it REMADE.” well, if it was poor quality the first time – why would i bother for a second ice cold burrito?! then the manager looked at me dumb founded that id even ask. a few seconds later the manager grudgingly asks mitchel “well, what does she want to do?” i didnt feel that the manager gave me any viable options to fix my problem, i spend waaay too much money on visiting your location atleast 4 times a week. id really like to be treated as a valued customer- i mean, IN N out is conveniently placed beside chick fila- i love your chicken, but i definitely do not love the customer service, or the example of customer service the manager Mindy has to offer. as a side note i just want to point out that the kitchen is not much seperated from the dinning area- and as customers we hear everything the manager says to the employees as i stood waiting for my meal i heard the manager Mandy several times talk down to her employees. this morning for the first time at that location i left not ever wanting to come back.

  2. I’m really disappointed on the chick fil a at Sugarland crossing l hate to say that Allie’s costumer service is horrible she shouldn’t be working at chick fil a if she gonna be so rude. Please consider my comment!!!

  3. I visited the chick fil a in north olmested Ohio on 4/29/13 at about 5 o’clock. The manger that I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. I have worked at chick fil a before and have been going there very often and I’ve never had an issue until now. I ordered a salad a few days ago and had the receipt. The girl who rang out my order wrote ion the receipt that if I came back before may 1st I could get a free salad. When I took the receipt back today the manager I spoke with was very rude telling me she could not help me she didn’t know anything about it. I will not be going back. She would not even listen to what I had to say and could not help me in any way, after I drove miles out of my way to stop.

  4. I ordered a salad at the chick fila at Mall of Louisiana on 4/13/2013. I requested that the special sauce be substituted for the salad dressing. Kourtney said it could not be substituted for a salad dressing. I do not understand the problem of substituting the special sauce for the salad dressing. There was no reason given, or an I’m sorry. Burger King and McDonalds both give substitution very happily to keep their customers coming back. I will buy my salad where the customer is given consideration.

  5. We are ardent fans of Chick Fil A we go there at least 2 times a week when we lived in Burleson Texas and were always happy with the food and service. We now live in Weatherford Tx and yesterday went to the Chick Fil A here and we will never return there again. The man there (in Charge) refused to give us our Senior Discount ( We are both 77 years old) he was very rude and was really rued to his help. We had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for our food and they were not busy. He yelled out to one boy “I need a towel” the boy tried to get one but the dispenser was empty so the boy got a new role and put it in, the man jumped on the boy because he did not get a towel, took him into the back room and the boy came out carrying his clothes and tears in his eyes and left. This man is a real SOB never once did he smile or be nice to a customer.. You have lost a customer here in Weatherford.

  7. I wrote to voice my support a week or so ago and said we didn’t have your store here in Boise Idaho area. Well we do now, under construction on Eagle Road, and when it is finished I will be eating there every chance I can and be recommending it to everyone I know. My family supports your ideals 100 percent. Thank you and success in Boise area.

  8. I am an Orange County Public Schools Partners-In-Ed Coordinator and have organized school spirit nights at Chick Fil-A for years. I feel that the sheer arrogance of someone to believe that their religion should dictate the lives and values of another are simply insane. I removed my status with both Chick Fil-A’s on Wednesday, August 1st, 2017. Our school spirit night usually contributes about $3000 every 2 months to them….but not anymore! Shame on you CF-A. If there is a Hell, I hope that Truitt Cathy and his family find it nice and toasty there and get really burnt buns to go along with their extra crispy meat!

  9. I am happy the owner of chicfila has stood for whats right on the marriage. God bless him! I am also happy he isn’t open on sunday. We need more people like him. Keep up the biblical principles. thanks. I wish you would have a restaurant in Binghamton New York. I surely would support you. Any chance of that in the future?

  10. I am SO sad that I will not be able to eat at Chick Fil A anymore. I take my wife and three kids there every single Saturday and it’s become an important part of our bonding over the weekend.

I grew up in Alabama in the 1970’s and I remember how some businesses and even my church were rallying against the rights of a black person to marry a white person. They talked about how it would ‘destroy’ marriage as an institution, that it wasn’t natural and how it was ‘against the church’. I thought we had gotten past this kind of ignorance but i guess not.

This is America. We don’t try to take rights away from people, we want LIBERTY and FREEDOM… right? Shouldn’t people be free to do what they want if they aren’t hurting anyone else? I am a Christian. i don’t think that Jesus would want us to treat anyone like they are less important than we are. “Judge not lest ye be judged”.

I wouldn’t eat at a place that opposed interracial marriage… and now I can’t bring the family to Chick-Fil-A anymore. I’m bummed.
