  1. I ordered a valor suit on October 9, 2016. You charged my credit card and to this date I have not received my order also I have had no luck contacting you. Please send my order or a credit on my credit card.

  2. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF!!. I ordered something in June, 2016, paid $50.00 for it by credit card, & never received my order. After numerous emails & phone calls, now they are apparently out of business.

  3. Same thing happened to me, I had a store credit, I wanted a credit back to my charge card when the item I ordered and paid for could not be sent. Now I’m just out of the money I guess, I have had this credit on my account for over a year now so there’s no way of contesting it with my charge company.

  4. this is the last correspondence I received from Choxi on October 7, 2016. I cannot access the web page to access my account and require about my refund.

  5. Donna ,They owe me $50.00 dollar in credit i guess we all been rip off. Do anyone have any suggestion what can we do would you let me know BLESSING.

  6. I ordered several items and was sent an email regarding if I had received the items. I responded to them and have not heard anything since nor the items. This was during October as well. If they are not going to give me the products I have already paid for then they should refund me my money and keep the items.


  7. I put an order in for king size sheets. Oct.8. Emailed them Nov.7. Did not receive an answer. It is now Nov. 29th nothing. Cannot even get them on the phone. This is the second time it happened. Something should be done about it. But what?

  8. Has anyone reported them to the Better Business Bureau I have order pillows and comforter in the amount of 106.00 and haven’t received them. I have tried to go on the website with no luck to check on the status. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Consumers Affairs. If I don’t get an answer or a refund. I also ordered the Soda Maker which I also have not received and no credit.

  9. Order #24400428 from late July. I told Christine (the customer care rep) to cancel the remainder of my order on Oct 18th but never got a response. This is no way to treat your customers. Please get back to us, cancel our orders and/or give us our money back!

  11. I agree! The website is down, they won’t return email and I can not get ahold of any. I just called my bank to reverse my charge. Sad. I have been ordering from them for a long time.

  12. I think you guys went out of Business! I placed my order on 10/21/16, emailed 5 times, website is down and phone disco’d. The correct way to do business is refund all existing orders or mail the products! I am calling my bank

  13. trying to contact this company for over a week , unable . I have been charged on my visa for an item 10/21/16 and have not received it yet , plus un able to reach them. I will contact my credit card company to have charges removed today.

    this company is a scam!!!!!

  14. What the hell I bought sheets on Oct 14 th received a confrontation they took my money and you can’t reach anyone or call anyone as the phone numbers don’t work .how do ingest a refund as I really don’t think I will ever see anything

  15. Never had a problem with Nomoreracks. As soon as you went to Choxi, problems began. Placed order 10/21/16 #24405073 for $42.00. Have not received a word from them. Tried the Customer Service email….no answer. Calling, get message we are closed, no matter what time I call. What going on. I was told by friend to call bank and request a charge back. Send my order or refund my money.

  16. I’ve had the same problem with them from orders made and paid for since July/2016. I’ve been patient and asked for refund but they’re not responding either!

  17. Placed order# 24408816 on August 2, 2016. They pulled the money from my account on August 3, 2016.

    Now, on August 31, after many emails and “Quick Form” inquiries, I still have not gotten any response from Choxi, other than “your inquiry has been received and will be reviewed by support personnel”. Their so-called “outstanding customer service” is a joke. No response from customer service, and no order received. I have been unable to get a live person on the phone.

    I just want my order or my money back. What is a consumer supposed to do?

    Never had this problem with Nomorerack!! Buyer beware!!!
