  1. I had a 1996 Dodge Neon. Just recently the motor died. I had over 200,00 miles on that car, I loved my Dodge Neon…….and I just recently bought a 2000 Dodge Cherokee. My Stepfather worked for Chrysler for many years. Are there any incentives available for clients like me. I will continue to buy Dodge cars……Please email me back………..

I think you guys should of went a different way with the dart. back in the days of the old dart people made racers out of them. the new dart has a nice look to it but i wouldnt buy one. you should have made it rear wheel drive and nothing less than a v8. i know the plan was fuel sufficiency but if ford can make a 500 horse power truck with 28 mpg. you can do better dodge use to be on top of their game but the dart depressing. someone needs to bring back rear wheel drive i think its dumb everyone making front wheel drive cars

  3. I have a 2010. 300.. Before that had a 2006 300. I knew I didn’t like the second as well as the first, just not as comfy. I like these cars and will continue to drive them. Yesterday I took a friend to buy a car and the salesman was trying to sell me a Mercedes. I explained how I liked my first 300 better and it just dawned on me why. The seats! Chrysler has the best seats in the business. And my seats are bad. I have put back supports in the driver seat and pads but still arrive tired with an achy breaks back. I rode in my friends new dodge avenger and there were MY seats. Now all that to ask this… Can I replace the seats in the 2010 with dodge seats or can I get seats for a 06 and install them! I really need your help on this. The reason I drive them is the seat is so kind to my back. Advise as soon as possible…. Since I know the dealers job seems to be …. You can’t do that. Lets prove the arrogant jerk we can! Thanks loads

  4. I am the unfortunate owner of a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser. It was purchased new in 2009 and I have 18,900 miles on it, and it is self-destructing. I brought it to an alleged Dealer by the name of Fitzgerald in Silver Spring MD only to learn that he is not an authorizede dealer but falls under an umbrella group. I called the dealership it falls under and learned that this dealership cannot do warantee work only work that is not under warantee. I had 2 garages check the code on my engine light and I was told that the cannister by my gas tank had a leak. The dealership put in 2 other parts and I received a lecture that this is why you pay big bucks to us to diagnose whats wrong with your car and “WE CHECK EVERYTHING”. In short the light continued to go on after paying close to $400.00 in repairs and then they had to replsace the cannmister. I said “I paid big bucks for you to diagnose everything what happened?” The Response well it is not an exact science it is like medicine. I had to spend another $350.00 and wait several days to get my car. I also have a bleeding shock absorber. As with the Customer Above despite the fact that I am DISABLED I would rather crawl than purchase another Chrysler Product. It is ABSOLUTE TRASH. NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP. I was told that I could send back the part free of charge sothat it could be checked and Public Relations of MOPAR said we don’t know who told you that we authorize such expenditures.

  5. Have a 2008 jeep grand Cherokee with 55k miles. key switch wont turn at all, [one of those new electronic deals that’s not even really a key]. Dealership says part is not only on backorder but that the company won’t release the part. They’ve had my automobile for over 3 weeks and don’t have a clue when or if the part will arrive, The manufacturer says the part is on “restriction”. No help from anyone, won’t give me a car to drive or offer any kind of assistance or explanation. Chrysler is a piece of sh*! company. Do yourself a favor if you own one of their products and trade it on a Toyota. Then you will have a nice reliable automobile that will run forever.

  6. we have been buying dodge vehicles for several years, and we are really upset that you have quit making the Dodge Dakota, we have one now, and we love our dodge trucks, which weve had several over the years, it is, and was a good product. so get with Chrysler, and start making the Dakota trks. the rams are ok, but we prefer the Dakota. please return to producing the Dakota trucks.mrs. b.

  8. Have a crysler 300, 2008 with 38,000 miles. For the past 6 weeks I have been waiting for chysler customer service to find a part so car can be repaired and back on road. I have taken great care of the car and only have 38000 miles. Anyway DON’T BUY CHRYSLER PRODUCT!!!!!If you have a problem the corportion won’t help in any way. The corportion has as aWho gives a s*** attitude… No help in finding part, no help with rental expenses. No help period with or with out a case manger or case number. Please follow my advice you will be pleased you did…

  10. Bought a 200…brand new 6 weeks ago. It stalls when I come to a hard stop…which in Toronto on the highway at rush hour is alot! Did some reading and came to find out there’s a RECALL on my vehicle for this problem which was never fixed. I wasn’t offered an extended warranty, so now they want me to pay for a service call…my first ever Chrysler…it fer sure will be the last.

  11. Where are all of the managers and CEO of this Chrysler Company so that I can submit a complaint? I have tried search the www and I am not able to contact the company management directly. I have just be talk into getting a Chrysler Sebring piece of crap car that has the battery under the wheel and I would like to find out who was the person that thought this was a good idea. Why did the company allow this idea to go through? The making of cars is suppose to be about making the customers happy not the mechanics.

  13. CHRYSLER HAS TO BE THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER, BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS STILL NO PART……..WHILE MY WARRANTY SLOWLY DWINDLES AWAY..HAVE HAD A CASE MANAGER FOR OVER 2 MONTHS STILL NOTHING……

  14. I am in South Africa.

    I bought a brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi in January and my problems have not stopped.

    My wheel rims were scratched, the air was permanently on air-con, the wheel alignment was out, etc, etc, but the latest problems are unexplained…the MIL light flashes on together with the oil light and chimes and then brings up the ESC and park brake light while chiming. The EVIC also reads “service air suspension system”.

    It is intermittent and I have a link below. The service technicians in SA are not able to point the problem out via the computer readings and they want to strip my brand new vehicle to find the problem.

    Please assist.

  15. Got one for all those that think Chrysler Customer Service in Dead. IT’S NOT ONLY IS DEAD BUT ALSO IN YOUR FACE DON’T CARE. I ordered a Jeep part on 6/18/12. I am posting this on 10/3/12 and still do not have my part. Orginal promised date was 7/1/12. Promise date has changed 6 or 7 times since then. The Dealer, Parts Manager, Mopar Rep where NO help and STRAIGHT UP told me tough luck, NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I contacted Corporate Customer Care and was assigned a case number exactly 30 days ago. I got my first contact of any time from them today! They informed my new delivery date is 10/10/12 but cannot tell me how they got this or if it was firm. I have called every working day for the past month and this is the very first I have heard. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Been walking for over 4 months and am more than a little upset. CHRYSLER this is NOT over yet. I will get justice out of this somehow. There is a lot more to this but SURE everyone gets the point.

  16. Ever since I bought my chrysler concord I have had starting problems. It was allways intermittent. I would try to start the car and it would not start. The engine would turn over but the car would not start until after trying for 20 minutes and almost wearing down the battery it would finnaly start. This has happened since I owned the car. While under warranty I would take the car in to have it serviced and it would work okay for a while and then it would go back to the same problem. The sevice techs would not tell me what was wrong with it. I took it in for the same problem at least 6 different times. Now it’s doing it again so I called Chrysler Customer service and complained about it sometime ago and got a case number. Never heard back from them. This will be my last Chrysler and would not recommened them if they were the last car dealer on the planet.

    HAVE SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED TO TURN ME TOTALLY AGAINST

    EVER OWNING RECOMMENDING OR EVEN USING A CHRYSLER EVER AGAIN

    I HAVE EVEN TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GO THREW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FROM YOUR WEBSITE WITH NO LUCK

    HELL I CANT EVEN REACH MY SO CALLED CASE MANAGER AT ALL OVER THE PHONE

    I’ve just bought an used Chrysler (2005 PT Cruiser), VIN with the enginer No. 5.

    Need your advise and confirmation that this type of Chrysler had been fitted with an approved immobiliser system from the factory?

    It would be great if you could track the record for me about the Type of Immobiliser installed and date of the installation (if possible)?

  20. have a ? what does it mean when ur check engine light is on it flashes 20 sothing times and dings ever once and awhile its an 08 and i really have tryed every thing… oil change plugs wires and coolpack even the air in take… its says its a miss fire on 4 but i dk what else to do help plz
