  1. Since CNA doesn’t sell individual LTC anymore, you will find the group 800 on the web. The individual LTC customer service number is 1-800-775-1541.

  2. waited two days for a response had to research the phone number. Called back again finally got a person to speak with and she says I have the wrong division. So starting from square one. not happY

  3. Have been paying premiums for 25 years. Customer Service has a lot to be desired. When I get my bill there is no phone number where you can reach them if you have a question. I want to ask for a claim form, but don’t want to make phone calls all over to get to the right person. Wish I could get a refund.

  4. can not anyone to return are calls. stopped payment for march 2013. talked to financial advisor and were advised to keep this insurance. try to reach jennifer harden and pay march 2013 by credit card and the resume ach payments. benn calling for two days and still no call back!!!!

  5. CNA is the worst insurance company in the world. My parents have been paying for two policies since 1995. My father fell and broke his hip and arm We have been fighting CNA for seven months. Every other week they give you an excuse not to pay the policy. There excuse was that this paper or that paper was missing. Had to opened a call with the insurance commissioner and had to ger our lawyer engaged. They claim they are going to pay -(still no check)- Please save your money and do not buy this insurance.

  6. My father took this insurance because he was told it would help when he had to move to an assisted living facility. He and mom paid there premiums for 13 years and in 2010 my mother had an accident and was severely injuried. CNA paid for her care after fighting with them for 4 months and numerous filings of claims each one I was told was missing something, something was checked or I did not have the right form. I had to call each time because they would not keep me informed on the status of the claim. Now they say my father is not sick enough to receive payments for his care. This insurance sucks and I hope that you think very hard before purchasing this long term care policy because for them to pay you have to be nearly physical dead or brain dead.

  8. On bank draft. This month premium went up over $26. No notice, nothing. Why?

    I have filed no claims. Unable to find a phone number to call.

Horrible company my father paid for him and my mother for over 20 years she passed away and he had to be put in a nursing home in sept 2013 have been fighting with them ever since long waits on the phone always an ex sucks for why the claim didn’t go thru after all this time and hiring a lawyer and preparing to file a law suite against them they agreed to start covering him as of February 2014 of course with a 90 day wait period which means they are not paying for 9 month worth of his stay all I can say is never invest your money with this company and if you read this and feel the same then contact me at rs20060@yahoo.com if there’s enough of us I will find the proper authorities to file whatever I can to get these thieves of the market or just a class action law suite to let them know people are tired of investing there money in this company who doesn’t pay out this company is a rip off stay away.

  10. These people are the ENEMY. Work comp. Won’t return phone calls. Or emails. They pleaded guilty. And want to argue. Very tired of calling my attys….I don’t even know who my case worker is, they change so often….ughhhh….

  11. Help, I have been struggling for months now to get my mom’s policy to pay for an aide for her and eventually cover an assisted living facility. All I have been getting is the run around a delay tactic’s. Does anyone have any suggestions? This is a horrible way to treat people that are in need of medical/ care assistance. Mom actually had to spend a night in the ER because she became so up set with the people at CNA and how rude they were to her. As a result I have taken over this process from her and am still getting such a run around.

  12. Try to change your address! They haven’t got it right in over 3 years. I have called and corrected 12 times and it never happens. If you see the name CNA run don’t walk to the nearest exit.
