  1. I use webmail to access CompuServe. How can I mass delete emails from my inbox/sent box? When I first used CompuServe, it was through dial up and now I can’t access all areas of CompuServe. How can I now do that?

  2. I have not used compuserve in years, as a matter of fact, I no longer have a computer yet you are still charging my checking account $5 each month. Please cancel this account as of todays date which is 1/23/2017.

  3. I have been having considerable problems with your company, customer service and tech support. After purchasing a new computer I could not transfer my CS service. A new disc was sent to me which took in excess of 17 days but when finally received it was not the right one. January 25th a correct disc was to be sent however as to date that has not happened. After contacting tech support today the best answer I received is an expedite would be requested but no guarantee. This is inexcusable ? I’m ready to look for a different service and utilize social media to get the word out about this total lack of competence. I’ve been paying for a service that is not being made available to me . Today I asked to speak to a manager to express my complaints and was told the managers were too busy to be available to me, really, this is how Compuserve handles a long time client. You should be ashamed and someone needs to be fired?
