  2. After I was able to log on,it continued to reject my bank card.Now it won’t allow me to log on.They sent me an email saying I’m responsible for all the charges there reversing. I called the bank. There a scam !!

  6. I added money to an account thinking inmate would be able to access it, this is not the case. I have messaged tech support numerous times with no replies. I read that for a refund it would be reimbursed to inmates account. I am alright with that but would at least want confirmation that this is actually happening.
