  1. ON FRIDAY THE 22ND OF AUGUST, I RECORDED THE NASCAR RACE, AS ADVERTISED ON CHANNEL 12 KTUL, FOR SATURDAY NIGHT THE 23RD. AT 930PM, SATURDAY, I TURNED ON THE RACE THROUGH MY DVR. FOOTBALL CAME ON. SO I FAST FORWARDED TO SEE IF THERE HAD been A DELAY. THERE WAS NO DELAY. I SCROLLED THROUGH ALL KNOWN CHANNELS THAT NASCAR HAS aired RACES. I FOUND IT FINALLY ON CHANNEL 7 KHOG. THERE WERE 7 LAPS TO GO. I MISSED THE WHOLE RACE. SO I HAD MY WIFE CALL THE CABLE COMPANY TO SPEAK TO A REP. THEN WE ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR. SHE SAID IT WAS ABC’S RESPONSIBILITY. THAT I SHOULD CONTACT THEM. NOW WHY WOULD I CONTACT THEM? I WON’T PAY THEM FOR CABLE SERVICE NOR THE DVR. I PAY COX COMMUNICATIONS. THAT’S WHO I PAY HARD EARNED MONEY TO, SO THAT I CAN WATCH MY PROGRAMS AT MY CONVENIENCE. SO WHY SHOULD I PAY MONEY FOR CABLE THAT I WON’T GET TO WATCH. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A DVR THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE PROGRAMS I RECORDED? I AM EXTREMELY UPSET. I BELIEVE SOMEBODY WITH SOME KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ISSUE AND WHO HAS A WAY OF FIXING AND COMPENSATING THE LOSS OF TELEVISION ENJOYMENT. THIS IS A RIP OFF. WITHOUT THE CONSUMER, YOU ARE NOTHING. I HAVE TO WORK AND I HAVE TO PROVIDE THE MOST QUALITY PRODUCT I CAN, OTHERWISE IT’S NOT WORKING. SO TELL ME, ARE YOU PROVIDING THE BEST? QUALITY PROGRAMMING? DO YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS OR ARE THEY JUST DOLLARS IN YOUR CEO’S POCKET? MY NUMBER IS ABOVE, WHICH IS ALSO PROVIDED BY COX COMMUNICATIONS. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD TRY USING IT AND PROVIDE A DECENT RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. FOR NOW, IT’S VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE
