  1. I’ve been with Cricket for 5 years–as long as you do not need to speak to anyone you’re fine. I wanted to change my service–cannot speak to anyone…website tells me to call 800#…800# tells me to go on Website. This has been going on for 5 days…I just had my # ported to Verizon–these non english speaking people are idiots–There’s a price to pay for cheaper service!

  2. you people think you had it bad? Cricket allowed someone to walk into a store and make changes to my account without my knowledge or consent. they didn’t even ask for an I.D. not a single person in the store or over the phone can tell me what the crap happened. they have NO CLUE of their privacy policy. the store said you do not need an I.D to make changes but the customer service line all say you must present a valid photo I.D to authorize changes to an account. I am extremely irritated that NO ONE will help me with this issue and that my privacy was allowed to be invaded like that. I canceled my line of service immediately after finding out someone made changes to my account because I do not feel safe in any way with this company. they dont protect your personal information.

  3. Absolutely worst service ever! Have 3 phones from them…wasn’t happy with the service..returned 2 of the 3 yesterday and was convinced into believing that it was because those phones are now obsolete ( only slightly over a year since I purchased them) and was assured that these newer models would be fine. It has been barely 24 hours later…they aren’t working properly, the store is closed and customer support is pretty much non-existent. When, after repeated attempts, I finally got thru to an actual person, the connection was so bad & garbled that she couldn’t hear me…and then the call was dropped!

I have been with Cricket for almost 2 years now, and now that I have for the first time had difficulty paying the payment- they act like I have never paid on time and they told me that I have until midnight or else the service will be shut off. I just need until the morning and they honestly don’t care- I have been searching for 3 days for a customer service # that would connect me to a human and I finally found it here. The Cricket stores are even worse!! We are switching immediately!! I can’t believe they are this ignorant and are still in business!!

  5. after calling 4 times in 1 week and getting a voice mail each time and never a return cl about not receiving a bill that will be due in 2 days, I finally called 611 and was connected to a very nice call center operator who could process my payment. I am retired from a phone/cell company in Nebraska and if we had customer service like Cricket we would have been out of business a long time ago! I plan to find another cell company asap! and will also warn as many people as I can to stay away from Cricket. Its just too bad the company I retired from in Nebraska does not have cell service here in Loveland or I would be using them.

  7. i am surprised to say that i was actually helped by their customer service. my phone was turned off by one of their employees in monroeville who had a very nasty attitude, but through their customer service i was able to get it turned back on. i’m cool with it

  8. I guess it is true you get what you paid for but you know what they are so quick to collect your payment but when it comes to customer service it is going around in circles. I simply needed to talk to a represenative until I finally spoke to someone that was rude and actually told me I was not on the account and could not give me any information CRAZY I told her how come you collected my payment their I was in the system I am truly going to give up and pay for regular services with a real cell phone company it it worth it.

  9. I pay my bill August the 31st and they cut my service September the 6 and say I have to pay again and I can’t speak with no body… I highly recommend no one ever use cricket EVER !!!!! Worst customer service and experience

  10. Really dumb. i call the main line and the prompts keep going through and it wont let me speak with a live AGENT!!!! I finally got someone from the payment department and they said i had to speak with customer service but they COULD NOT transfer me which is dumb because I work in a call center and KNOW there is a way but these idiots don’t know how to use their systems correctly.

I HPHONE TURN OFF WHEN ACCT IS UP TO DATE AND HAVE TRIED IN VEIN TO CLEAR UP A BILLING PROBLEM THEY HAVE CHARGED ME DIFFERENCE AMOUNT INSTEAD OF LOOKING IT UP THEY WON CHECK IT OUT 6-18 PAID 58.85 7-10-PAID 53,44 THEN 7-20-53.44 THEN 8-9 PAID 58.44 MY BANK ACKNOWLEDGES THE PAYMENTS AND I EVEN REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB THEY TURNED THE PHONE OFF ONCE IN JULY AND THEN aug after payment withdrawn WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS

  17. a box is always popping up and the box says Force Close and it especially happens when my battery get hot or when it says my browser is full but I will only google something twice of 3 times and their it goes, my battery is always getting HOTTTTT, I sometimes have to put it in a cool place in order for my phon to continue to work. And PLEASE can some one tell me what does ZTE stands for.

  19. I just called this number to cancel my service because no other number gives you a live person. After a long recorded message which recited my phone number back to me and told me to make a payment, it said “Goodbye” and disconnected me. Yeah, buhbye Cricket. Get some American people to answer your phone lines and stop hiring people with fake names like “Fred” and “Bob” with accents from India.

  21. Well. I have used Cricket for about 2 years now. I recently had mine shut off for non payment. It was my fault. I called customer service. And though it took a while to ge someone, they did speak english. Were very proffessional, and immediately processed my payment. I was unhapy about loosing service while out of town but i researched it and found it was definately my fault. Not happy with overall customer care, but for the rice its ok. I will keep using them. When i upgrade to a smart phone i will probobly loose Cricket. But while i had them they were good.
