  1. They should get 0 stars! I will never do business with again. Over a month ago, I placed an internet order on a weekend and then decided on something else. I called them first thing Monday morning to cancel the order. Even though I was told the item had not shipped yet, they “couldn’t” cancel and that I should just refuse the item from UPS. I did. they received it back the very next day. I have written confirmation that they received it and the name of the person who signed for it. It has now been over a month and 3 phone calls asking why my credit card has not been credited for the purchase. They have given me every excuse imaginable. There is no excuse it should take a month. I disputed it with my credit card company, so they can deal with them now.
