I wasn’t in the house when a package was delivered so it was carried back with a call back number left in my voice mail.The speed with which the agent dictated the call back number was as bad as not leaving any number at all; I couldn’t hear anything at all. Pleaes fix this because spending about four hours trying to figure out a common phone number was very annoying.

I just want to say the most crap and awful and crap branch for DHL in the world in Sweden DHl , they lie they steal package you get your packages later for example for me i had got my shipment late for weeks and this happened more than one time , and was a big customer for DHL and i had stopped that work with these DHL assholes and i will make my best to let all people to know how DHL sweden are crap it is a joking company , i will put it in the newsletter and on the TV, even i have a company and i have competitors and DHL sweden work with them to make my packages to be late and loss customers, so take care from DHL if they do not control the swedish DHL

  7. I would like to bring into the Knowledge of DHL Global Headquarter and Head office about one dreadful experience we experienced with DHL-KSA services.. We shipped one parcel, a RESCUE BASKET from Jeddah, KSA to our client in Jubail City, KSA.. While on Transit, the aforementioned shipment was damaged that it could hardly be repaired, but their service station still delivered the material.. Unfortunately, our client did not accept the damaged good and informed us that the shipment was damaged and so they don’t like to accept… No one from DHL informed us on this even right away… We learned it from our client and so we contacted DHL Service Station here in Jeddah but they forwarded our complaint to the head office in Dammam..So, we sent a DAMAGE CLAIM REQUEST letter to DHL Dammam, and it took for them a long time to respond to our request and address the problem.. In the course of our constant follow up, Mr. Anwar Mohammed, the Customer Care Executive sent us a letter telling us that on behalf of DHL Express, they have arranged for the sum of USD 100.00 being the maximum liability and the freight cost associated with the above shipment to be credited to our account in full…

    Now, we would like to seek advise from you if we deserve to receive the amount of $100 as maximum liability amount for the shipment which costs $4,000?

    We would appreciate it very much if you could give us your feedback as soon as possible…

  9. Why is DHL in Sanaa Yemen not open?and if its open, why US embassy saying that DHL is closed.

    a thousands of peoples are waiting for there packages to be send from yemen to other countries.

    spiacially peoples with immigrant visa cases.

  11. I used them to send a simple package from USA to UKRAINE. Followed all instructions and advice as per procedure. After 3 weeks of inactivity, package was rejected by UA customs…..due to a reason I should have been advised of at the time of posting.

    DHL was a big financial waste of time and money, plus disappointment because my cousins did not receive their Christmas gifts.

    Now I know…you go cheap – you get cheap…in all respects!

    They are liars, I was supposed to get my package and still never got it.. Still waiting even spoke to supervisor please save yourself the trouble

  13. A guy called David west , who says he works in DHL abuja is a thief. He s got ma package and won’t wnt to send it to mi. He asked mi to send him moni of whc ave done. Stil yet no call frm him no package

  14. I would not ship anything through DHL unless there is NO OTHER WAY. I was awaiting a package, and received a text from DHL that my package would be delivered on Monday. I stayed home on Monday and waited, while checking their website every hour. I never received a telephone call nor an e-mail, not even a text, stating that the driver was having a problem. This lack of communication was irresponsible at best, and more appropriately, negligent considering that they asked for two(2) telephone contact numbers, and they already had my e-mail address. Finally, at 7:30 PM, there was an entry on their website that they have a problem with the address. I call them and get through after holding for an hour. The girl says that there was a problem with the address. She then proceeds to recite back to me THE EXACT CORRECT ADDRESS. She apologizes and tries to figure out what the problem was. I tell her that driving to my house is extremely easy… 1. Exit Interstate at ONLY EXIT IN TOWN. 2. Travel South for several miles until you reach MY STREET. 3. Turn on MY STREET. 4. Drive to MY HOUSE. I then proceed to tell her that if the driver had driven down my road, he would have had MY BARN in front of him at MY HOUSE, and there should have been no way that he could miss it. The girl told me that she had input the information into the computer, and I would receive my package tomorrow. I repeatedly checked the website to see if the information had been updated…it had not. I called back around 2:00 AM. A recording stated that my package had a problem, but they were closed, and as such, could not help with the problem. I called back sometime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. I told the girl that answered the story. She said that she would input the information into the computer. She then stated that the package would be delivered today. I checked the website at 12:00 PM, to find that the “problem” still had not been addressed. The next call (12:30 PM) was of no use either. The lady on the other end informed me that my package was NOT ON THE TRUCK. The “Manager” at the hub where the trucks are loaded, told the girl on the phone that it would be tomorrow before it could be delivered. She apologized.

    If it is EVER up to me, I will NEVER SHIP ANOTHER PACKAGE USING DHL. I will gladly use the Post Office before I use them. I don’t know how a company can survive with this kind of service and attitude.
