  1. I have been recieving tele-marketing calls three times daily for the last month & half. The foriegn agent hangs up on me when I request my phone number be removed from thier call list. I tried calling customer service & when i finally reach the part where my call will be taken by an agent, it’s a tenty minute wait. I tried to request to remove my name from list, no luck…The only recourse is to contact the Ohio Attorney General.

  2. Dominion is run by a large group of ignorant rude people who do not give a care at all about their customers. If you ask to speak to a supervisor due to their stupidity they put you on hold for 20 minutes and disconnect your call. You are then forced to call back during a period of “unusual call volume” and have to put in for a call back at which time you will be connected to another person of equal stupidity and rudeness. Today alone I have been trying to resolve my bill problem for TWO HOURS! I am at the end of my rope, I’ll just change service providers….oh …wait.. I can’t do that since they have a monopoly in town on gas. Guess I’m screwed.

  3. I arranged to have my gas cut off when I moved out of my residence in Lakewood, Dec. 3rd. EOG could not send someone out to cut it off in the basement until the following Wednesday (7th) after I left the state. I arranged to have my neighbor there, with a key, to let in the gas tech. Because the kitchen door from the garage sticks, and there is no other entrance key, they just didn’t fool around with the door long enough to get in. However, the gas tech said it wasn’t a problem because he could cut the gas off closer to the street. (I have a friend in a poorer neighborhood who has told me she sees this happen regularly.) So, my neighbor went back home and I did not know there had been a problem until I got a bill forwarded to me for December and January! I called immediately and was told that the report the gas tech turned in said he was not able to cut off the gas outside. End of story. Except no one notified me. I had given the EOG my new address to send me the final bill and they had my cell number (which has been my only number for several years). The woman on the phone insisted they did not have a new address for me and she said they therefore had no way of contacting me. But clearly they had my phone number because she verified it with me before she heard my complaint. I am now still trying to arrange a cut off between my realtor and one of their gas techs. This is their mistake and their problem. I did everything I was supposed to do. I am not paying a $400 gas bill when no one was living in the residence and I arranged to have the gas cut off almost 3 months ago.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING OVER 2 WEEKS TO GET MY GAS ON ALSO I HAVE A 5YR OLD IN THE HOUSE THEY ARE TAKING THERE GOOD OLD TIME TO GET MY ACCOUNT PROCCESSED IT VERY ANNOYING THAT THEY DONT CARE AN CANT SEEM TO DO THER JOBS RIGHT I HAVE FAXED ALL THE INFO MUILTIPLE TIMES AN WHEN I CALL BACK IT STILL BEING PROCCESSED ITS A BOUNCH OF BULLS*** AN I AM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSSINESS ABOUT THE ISSUE

  5. I HAVE A GOOD REPORT ON THIS COMPANY.I HAD LOST MY BILL AND DIDN’T HAVE MY ACOUNT NUMBER,

    DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO DO.(I PAY MY BILL BY PHONE)I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AND WITH IN 5 MIN

    GOT MY ACOUNT NUMBER AND WAS ABLE TO PAY MY BILL.(I WAS SHOCKED IT WENT WELL)SO I JUST WANTED TO GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DO.

  6. Why can’t I get a simple printout of my bill???? I went online registered and could not get pass that process??? Online service has come a long way perhaps you should hire NEW IT personal. Oh, and how about answering the phone for your paying customers, after all you make a lot of money from our business. Use some of it to hire operators that are trained and want to Work!!!!!!

  7. The customer service is non-existent. They made a mistake online with my bill and instead of fixing it, have told me that there’s no way to reverse it and no way to fix it. SO basically due to an error on their part, that I called and spoke with FIVE people about, I am not up the creek. I am so incredibly angry I want to go to a twice as expensive natural gas company just to get away from this horrid company that is unwilling to do anything about a mistake THEY made. Unbelievable. There are NO other options for gas that aren’t double the cost. It’s just so horribly insane that they can be rude and nasty and just not care.
