  1. I love dooney and burke but have one major issue…most of your bags do not have an outside zipper! This a must have for me. There have been many times I have loved a bag but have not purchased it due to lack if outside zipper. Please consider adding this feature.

  2. My name is Danette Clark, my bag was purchased as a gift for Christmas 2015. On today the strap on the purse broke. I need to know what do I need to do? Does it need to go back to the store or what? I need your help

  3. Approx 25 phones calls and still have not gotten issues resolved. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order another dooney product.

  4. The worst service I have ever gotten from a company. Not sure how they stay in business. I deal with manufacturer and business every day and have never run across such messed up customer service. Will never order a Dooney again. Pretty sad for such a big business.

  5. E-mails have gone unanswered and impossible to get a phone rep to talk with. Really disappointed. I only need one riveted repaired. Without that one rivet, the purse is useless.

  6. I have bought a Disney Dooney and Bourke handbag from a 100% seeker on EBay and I am really disappointed because the gold rivet has already come off and it’s been used ONCE. I have contacted D & B 5 times and they have ignored all my emails so far. I will not let this matter drop. I am so disappointed with the quality of the bag.

  7. Customer service us absolutely the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. Never order

    anything you. Think you may want in the near future because it is not going to happen. Ordered one bag, supposedly in stock..waited and waited no email as to when I could expect bag. After 1/2 wait was told it was on back order. Since this was a gift item, I ordered a different bag. I was assured it was in stock and she set it up to be sent UPS asap. I was assured I would receive an email about the cancellation. I have never received an email about new purchase, cancellation or the bag that was recently purchased and sent in because a rivet pulled loose when trying to adjust strap. Was told to send in for replacement. I sent in UPS, insured and through tracking know they received. I never heard anything. After several emails I finally get an email back telling me if I got an email back saying that if I received the email then they got my email and they would followup if deemed necessary. Have not heard back about purchase or replacement. For a supposedly quality company, they treat their customers very shabbily. The canceled sale still shows open on my account.

  8. I purchased a Dooney coated vinyl bag about 3 years ago in Ellenton, Florida. I don’t know the name of the bag but it has Dooney emblems with different colors with a black back ground. I also have the matching wallet. I just took it out of its storage bag that came with the bag and the black is all faded and powdery looking as is the wallet. I have tried to clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap and it looks horrible. For what I paid for these items this should not happen. Customer service is no help.

    I ORDERED A GRETTA LEISURE SHOPPER ON NOV. 29 2014 & STILL HAVE NOT GOT A CONFIRMATION ON MY ORDER. I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEAST (6) TIMES & ALL I GOT WAS A RUN AROUND NOW IT IS DEC.20 2014 THIS WAS SURPOSE TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT BUT AT THIS TIME I DONT THINK THAT I WILL GET IT ON TIME FOR CHRISTMAS.     PS CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEP TELLING ME THAT THEY HAVE THEM IN STOCK.
