  1. I bought one of your guns in Ohio in early Janurary.lwas in Florida at the end of Janurary they had a display that said if you buy a DPMS before the end of Janurary that you would receive a cleaing kit and three mags free. I was not offered this when I bought my gun.

  2. would you please send me your fax number so I can send a copt of my ffl ?, and I would like a cat. and dearer price list please asap as I have several intrested customers right now. Thank you so much !!

  3. I just built a DPMS LR-308 and had a question about no feed ramps on the upper. They were very helpul and I have a badass rifle too. I will do more business with them down the road.

  4. I took my SASS out shooting on the 28th of May and after a few shots I started getting double feeds and was confused as to the problem. After checking the chamber I noticed a shell was stuck. I pushed out the fired round with a cleaning rod and loaded another round. Same thing the shell wouldn’t eject. I field stripped the bolt and noticed the extractor was sheared off. I talked to my friend and gunsmith and he said the same thing happened to him. He said call customer service, so I did. I explained what had happened and that I only used good ammo. The rep asked for my address and said he’d send me a new extractor. Today is the 9th of June and I have a new extractor that arrived in the mail. Thanks to DPMS for your friendly service.

  5. I just had an issue with one of my DPMS rifles, and their customer service was actually really helpful. Saw the other reviews here were far from stellar so figured I’d add mine to the mix. My hammer broke in half at the range under normal use. The fact that my hammer broke is rather disconcerting, but this review is about customer service, so trying to keep on topic. I called the number on this page, told customer service my problem, and they sent out a replacement hammer without giving me the 3rd degree questions I was expecting. Got it two days later and just sent back the broken one with the prepaid label they provided. They even offered to have a LGS install the replacement if I wasn’t comfortable doing it myself. All in all it was very pain free and I can’t think of any way they could have made it any easier on me. I was very pleased with their customer service.

1/27/2014 9:22:23 AM I head that I may need to get the rifle kit with a floating barrel. I am fine with that yet I need to know if there are sites on this. Thanks

1/27/2014 11:55:00 AM What is it you are asking me here? I’m a bit confused with the question.

1/30/2014 11:16:08 AM I need to know what is required to get this order completed. The order was placed 12/20/2012. A friend of mine placed his order a week after myself and he has received his order last week. Something to do with the manufacture of the handguard was out of business. Is this the same situation I am also in? If that is the case what can we do?

1/31/2014 10:19:13 AM We are still waiting on A2 uppers. Can we switch to an A3?

2/4/2014 9:37:00 AM I do not want to switch to an A3 upper, 14 months after I order the rifle kit and see complete and identical DPMS for sell in Wal-Mart, I am unable to settle for less with the amount of time that has passed. I am proud of American and American made items and proud of these companies. It disturbs me to see this type of customer service. Each and every morning as military personnel guns are a big topic and DPMS ARs are a big topic. Due to 2 of us here are in the same situation and all we see are big distributors getting their orders and the standard American person is left in the cold. Can a time line that is actually realistic be give to complete this order?

2/7/2014 10:06:25 AM The RFA2-C rifle is not sold to Wal-Mart. the only rifle they receive is the RFLP-WCP–(Sportical) rifle. Two completely different rifles and parts.

2/10/2014 7:36:51 AM Nice to hear about Wal-Mart, I am then wrong about the type they sell. I hope you feel better now that you sent a reply and not answer the question I have asked. 4-6 Week time for shipment, you are replying to others on this topic is not true. When can I expect to receive the kit? Why have we waited over 14 months? The sentences with a (?) are the relpies I am looking for. Can a time line that is actually realistic be given to complete this order?

2/11/2014 11:58:11 AM As Aaron let you know we are still waiting on the A2 receivers to get into the building in order to build the complete uppers–rifles–and rifle kits. as soon as they do get into the building we will be able to get this out to you

3/7/2014 5:57:37 AM After waiting for 15 months, and seeing your company can not deliver an order within 15 months I want my order terminated. Please cancel order number W107221. I will seek all future purchases from anywhere but your company. It is truly disappointing to see an American company lie to its customers. Social Media sites will get our entire email string to see how your poor customer service has run off customers. The only reply requested is, confirmation of my order being canceled.
