  1. Today, 12/6/18, could not sign in to any Pogo games. I play Trivial Pursuit, First Class Solitaire and many other games each morning.
    The game,eg Trivial Pursuit came up on the screen but that game and many others I tried would not sign in.
    What seems to be the trouble. This as never happened before.

  3. I thought I was losing my mind. The constant click and hope I will find support. You know live messaging, phone number etc… I swear I spent 25 minutes back and forth trying to bypass the self serve support sections and actually complain to someone. I think they knew…. and took the number away when I was online? Hmmmmm Wont get that time back but did get to complain at someone in true ea/orign manner. Thanks for the numbers

  4. electronic arts sent a request to get into my computer and camera. You do not need to get into my computer and camera, therefore please restore my games. You will not let me play, I pay to play. this is disgusting!!!!!!!

    I’ve not tried calling as I’m still recovering from my 4 hrs spent with online “Live Chat” Help which I found by accident today. Did Not Get Questions Answered and I’m very upset I made the Mistake of getting Involved with Origin and Games Downloaded instead of owning the discs. NEVER AGAIN ~ I don’t need this Stress as I Play Games to Relieve Stress and EA/ORIGIN have turned it into the Source of Stress!

  6. I understand that you are the entity responsible for the game site, Pogo.com. About a month ago, we users (those who pay to become Club Pogo members and those of us, who are

    non-paying) have had numerous issues with game(s) accessibility, ie., for instance when trying to play Scrabble, we are able to access the dictionary or the 2-letter word option, our tiles float which results in loss of playing time, and when using the hint option our tiles don’t highlight on our tile rack, etc. For the past month, there have been numerous complaints logged into the Scrabble Forum, and despite these complaints, there have been no resolutions to the problems identified. One might construe that no one at your end seems to give a damn to take the times to address these complaints and/or fix the problems in a timely manner. Where do you get off ignoring these complaints and to add insult to injury, you take the customer’s monies for Club Pogo memberships and not give a quality product in return. I even called 1-800-690-5895, a Pogo.com customer service number and spoke to a Dave (I doubt that was his real name) in India. He said he was a technician for Pogo.com, but referred me to your number at 1-866-543-5435 to Electronic Arts and that someone would be able to help me there. Instead I get an automated voice vs. a real person and then get instructed to contact the website at help.ea.com and supposedly someone will call me back. What a run around and a disservice to both paying and non-paying Pogo.com users. Your business is located in Redwood City, CA, so there’s no need to route the calls out to India, unless, you’re a fly-by-night operation located in some industrial garage! Get off your butts, have the decency to answer the complaints by call and Scrabble Forum, return the games to Java, and get rid of Flash, immediately. Quite screwing around with those of us, who would like to return, as satisfied, contented game players! My email address is.     I just created an account and now i cant even log in,,,,all it says is invalid email and password….and i know its not wrong cuz i wrote it down when i registered….and now theres no customer support line …..SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! Now what the hell do i do

  8. this is quite irritating. a half an hour into my being on hold an automated voice sais ” your expected wait time is 300 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ” seriously? what do you have like 2 people running this? or is this a number to a pay phone in cuba?

  11. i have reported and reported and reported harassment, bullying, threats, and players trying to control a game room in POGO…. I HAVE PLEADED FOR HELP AND THUS FAR HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!!!!!   12. I purchased a add on for a game and have yet to receive what I purchased for, but EA was fast to withdrawl the money from my account. Ive been try to contact someone from the compant for three days now and they are making almost impossiable. I log into my account online and its funny how it closes on me everytime I click on their help link. Ive been hung up on three times now and ive been on hold for ten minutes. EA your customer service is the worst ive ever encountered and if I dont get a refund I will be talking to a lawyer because this is fraud and im sure I wont be the only one from the looks of this forum and others im sure there will be many followers.

  13. I can’t play any games on the pogo game site because there is a problem with the site that keeps closing internet explorer and reopening it. I tried ae tech support and recieved no reply. I also did not recieve the 100 gem for renewing and I want to be taken off the automatic renewal. Or just refund me and keep your gems, I did not even want to renew thsi time!!!! @aol.com

  14. I received my CITI card statement mand it shows ma charge on to ELECTRONICC ARTS of which I do not have any record showing I purchased any product or service . I would a reply as to what this charge is for and request thst a credit be forwarded to my card company . I do not play any of the games that your company mentions on the phone when I try to get a live English person to talk to , please forward the correct phone number for account information so I can get some one on one dialoge.

    I have searched everywhere on the EA website and the website for Origin and I have still yet not found a customer service phone number. I bought a game on the website and I received my receipt in the mail but EA and Origin both don’t show that I purchased the game so I can’t download it. If I have any trouble calling this number above I will waste the money to come down to the headquarters in Redwood City, CA and kick someone’s ass!!!!     I want to report a very disturbing occurrence that happened this morning. After try 3 different phone numbers for your company, all I could get was a recorded announcement regarding problems with games. My problem in not with games – it concerns a message that was sent to me between 5:30 and 6:00 EST today. Now I am wondering how long it will take for someone to respond. It is now 11:50 on Feb. 27, 2012. My phone is 813-681-5044.

  17. i have the sims online and it said to put in the 16 digit registration code on the back of the cd case and when i do it says you have put the code in wrong or most likely someone already used it if some one can help me that would be great…

  18. in battlefield 4 in battle log I see my stats but when I start playing online it starts me at level 1 but im on level 8 every thing is erased what do I do
