    My review about this seller: I advise not to order from this

    seller. Here is my story explaining why. I saw how many bouquets Nicolassa has

    done in the past and decided to order from her. I placed my order in March. She

    said it takes her 6 months to make bouquets. I gave her 9 months to make my

    wedding bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquets, and tossing bouquet. The order was due

    in December. The order came out to be over $500. I paid the deposit of $175. We

    picked out how the bouquet was going to look like. It was perfect and I was so

    excited. In summer, I contacted Nicolassa and she sent me photos of the

    brooches. It went downhill from there. Nicolassa changed her email address

    without letting me know about it. I kept contacting her without a response.

    Finally, she replied on Etsy in November with her new email address and told me

    she would send me photos of the finished bouquets. I asked for her phone number

    and she did not want to give it to me. I kept on waiting and emailing her to

    remind her to send me photos. She ignored my emails. I did not know what to do

    so I kept emailing her whether she was still doing the bouquets. She ignored

    me. I had no other way of communicating with her. Finally, I asked for refund.

    She did not send me a single email, just refunded me my money. I looked on Etsy

    and she sold the exact bouquet to another person on December 6th. I

    am heartbroken. My wedding is too soon for me to have anyone else make a brooch

    bouquet. Words cannot express how I feel. I emailed her twice since her refund,

    my fiancé emailed her asking for reasons why this is happening. She ignored our

    emails. I am just sharing my story for everyone else to know what can

    happen.

  2. Etsy is NOT taking care of its customers. I have just had a terrible time with an abusive, dishonest seller who is now slandering me and I can’t get Etsy to do anything at all about it!

  3. I hate this site.. Lady refuses to send my money back until I removed my feedback. My item is back to her & she still has my money. I would NEVERRRRR order from this site again. & you can’t contact etsy by phone ONLY email. someone needs to get this place SHUT DOWN!!!

  4. i have spent an hour or more looking for gifts on this site. i found several and then tried to check out. at this point i have spent almost another hour trying to check out, not being able too and looking everywhere for some way to contact this company directly to speak with a representative; with no luck at all. i don’t have time to spend my life on this order so i won’t be spending any more time trying to place it. too bad; i wonder just how many sales are lost because of the ridiculous management of this site.

I am with all the complaints above, I would have NEVER purchased my items needed for Christmas through your website ( I was sent a link from the company that was out of the items I need!!! ) and I am on a time limit to change part of that order with no phone number to call.. I see the frustration.. from all the above people and I am guessing I would be lucky to even get my order.. I have sent numerous emails.. no avail..

  6. Just made an order to Etsy. My e-mail confirmation showed I made orders for 45.00, my order was for 12.50. Tried calling NY. Cannot speak to anyone and message relay was FULL. Ouch…feel as if I have been robbed.

  7. Dont buy anything thru ETSY!!!

    I placed a $360.00 order by artist on October 25th and have not received item.

    Yes I have corresponded many times with the artist and still no shipping!

    The online support has so many loop holes to protect Etsy and not the customer.

    I feel so disappointed for it was a gift for my daughters birthday! Truly she would have loved the gift!

    I was charged in full however because I paid with AMEX, as of today they will go to seller to collect funds!

  8. cant upload any pictures to my “store” once they got my credit card info , now every time I try to list something I get booted and says there is a problem with the web site. Cant get in touch with any person via phone and no one answers emails.

  10. Hi– received a $19.95 charge on my credit card and I never ordered anything from ETSY, yet Please explain to me how and why this has happened. I am not in the habit of paying for something I did not order. Please respond as soon as you get this or I will have to call my credit card company and have them check out what has been happening at your end. Thank you.

  11. I can’t open up a case, even though it’s been a month since I ordered my product. Vendor won’t speak to me anymore. I can’t find a number to call or anyway for etsy to help me open a case. I’ve read all the FAQs and help page, but the “open a case” link never appears anywhere…

  14. Etsy has the worst customer service and oddest/worst way of handling issues with ordering items I have ever seen. For those of us using Etsy as “buyers.” Etsy offers no help, feedback. will not advocate for you, and they do not even have a customer support PHONE NUMBER that you can contact. I ordered an item from a seller, received the wrong item, and there was actually nothing I could do. Etsy’s idiotic response was “work it out with the seller, there is nothing we can do.” Well of course the seller didn’t want to work it out with me, they already had my money, so it meant nothing to them whether I had reviewed the correct item. And, of course, Etsy doesn’t care. I repeat, if you are a buyer, and something goes wrong with your order, Etsy will DO NOTHING. I went so far as to file a BBB case against Etsy, and even that got me nowhere. I then had to file a BBB case agiainst the individual seller, but I am disgusted by how Etsy takes no responsibility hosting these scumbag sellers. Etsy is only out to protect the seller. Imagine for all the honest people on Etsy, how many dishonest sellers there are, and Etsy will do nothing. I would not buy anything from Etsy again, as there is no protection offered – Ebay is a much, much more responsible and trustworthy online site. I am truly disgusted with their (lack of) customer service.

  15. I ordered a gift certificate for a friend. I had an incorrect email address. I emailed etsy to correct the issue I’ve heard nothing from them. I will never order from them again. There is no phone number to speak to customer service. Very disappointed in their service.

  18. Someone seriously needs to shut down ETSY. Why? because the multitude of talented Vendors are getting hurt and may not even be aware how much business they are losing. As a person who has been ripped off, blown off and completely disregarded by ETSY. I absolutely refuse to order anything from ETSY after the nightmarish experience with them. Everything the previous Posters have said is soooooooooooo true. You can not even access your so called account to email them, and they apparently don’t respond anyway. You are redirected to some B.S. picture of a Dog with them congratulating themselves on the number of sales. A TOTAL JOKE OF A BUSINESS MODEL. SERIOUS ARTISTS AND CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! A REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER.
