    I accidentally drove through the middle lane of the toll which was an EZ pass on July 17th. I was wondering if I could pay the initial price of the toll. My license plate number is and would much appreciate it. Thank You.

  3. I have in vain for the last 45 minutes trying to access my account .

    I have used my transponder number.

    how do i access my account I cannot get get with a c/s rep but the wait is 20 minutes,

    all this to make sure you get money.

  4. I have tried you automated line and i am very displeased with it. All i wanted to do is update my credit card and cant even do that. Where is a human being when you need one.

Hello– On Sunday Sept 9, 2012, I got off at the side Exit going north, Exit 12 on the Everett Toll Road but the cash pay booth was unattended, there was a great line of cars honking behind me and I had only a $ 20 bill from which to pay the .50 toll due. Was thus forced to drive on through the toll booth regretably making no payment. Coming back south later on Sunday, Sept 9, I thought there was no toll booth getting back on the Everett Turnpike at Exit 12 going south, but there was a booth, again unattended, and again for same reasons as specified above I was forced to drive through at side entry point 12 without making the required .50 payment. May I now make the correct two paynmentz due and make restitution. I know the problem now and will not allow this to happen again and am sorry to bother you with this. I do not have E Z Pass.   6. 8-25-12 I just purchased a new Honda CRV, same model as my old, same plates. Do I need to change anything? Also the ezpass doesn’t restick to window. Do you provide new ones?

  7. How do I obtain replacement adhesive strips for my transponder. I changed vehicle and the old strips do not adhere to the windshield, nor does 2-way tape and commercially obtained adhesive strips. The sun heated windshield glass melts them and the transponder falls to the floor.

    Otherwise I like using my EZ-Pass anywhere I go. (except Florida) It does save a lot of money in the long run. I’ve been using it for quite a few years now, with no problems.

  8. I am continuoulsy getting error messages “call ez pass” when going through the toll. I have auto deduct from my credit card, why is this happening?

    Your ezpass system is seriously flawed. I purchased an ezpass transponder about 6 mths ago. I keep track of it online and thru the ph and also by going into the office off ext 6. After working a 10 hr day, i came home to a letter telling me I owed 26.00 in tolls and 625.00 in administration fees. Seriously?? How is this even possible. I have on my online act a balance of 4.69. I never had any tolls go red and ring an alarm. These invoices thay they say they sent are nonexistent.I dont understand how admin cost would be this high. I have called the cust service line a few times and never had any outstanding balances. I’ve also gone into the office off exit 6 and was told my acct was fine. Something is very fishy in the ezpass system and should be looked into ASAP. The contact is Denise Helander at 603-485-4641 ext 5. I am a law abiding voter that pays taxes and this is completely unconstitutional. Someone is getting rich off this scam.

The online reps time and time again lead me to believe that any of the violations I had were disputed and/or taken care of during our phone call as I replenished my transponder – I have never sent in anactual dispute because I was confident that the rep had givenmethe correct information!!!! I have been told I have no card on file, that I need a second card forthem to take my payment, etc.. – I have only used one card since I got my ezpass and still continue to be able to pay with it online – apparantly paying online isonly a “one time” payment and not the same as replenishing??????????? Anyay – I am totally turned against EZPass and the while system and their phone reps are of absilutely no help and have now lead me an even bigger mess from miscommunication of info. I hope EZPass is able to resolve this HUGE issue with me because the amount of $$ they say I owe them IN ADMIN FEES IS ABSOLUTELY ASSANINE and is causing A LOT OF STRESS.

I completely argree with Jon in his post of 10/21/2011 because the Easy Pass system fails and it tells you to call and when you call the customer service rep is of no help and you can not pay what you owe with the credit card on file. They want it to be a violation so they can change you a fee. One more of those hidden NH fees. Sounds like a money making deal for easy pass and the State of NH to me. Wake up New Hampshire and make things simple when an error is made. I called easy pass today and it was just a waste of time and the customer service rep was useless in helping me.

  13. The Delaware River Port Authority E-Z Pass gives a 50% discount to senior citizens when they cross a briged from PA to NJ and reverse. Does the NH E-Z Pass do the same for senior citizens?

  14. On Friday night Feb 10th my grandaughter borrowed my car because hers broke down. She was going to Concord to visit a friend and didnt realize she had forgotten to take her EZ pass transponder out of her car and put it in mine. She realized it as she went thru the toll booth and stopped at the building there but it was already closed. How can we pay the toll to avoid getting a fine. The Car license is my name is

    I while back accidently got stuck in the EZ Pass lane coming back to Massachusetts on a Boy Scout trip. I got a bill for the toll and I was pleased that I only had to pay the toll and not a huge fine. I tried to pay online but your site did not recognize the code from the bill.

    I have since received another bill with a small demand charge and was going to send the payment in the mail, but procrastinated.

    I just got another bill with a $25.00 charge added. I was going to send it in today but while I was in the process of paying severl bills I accidently put your recent bill in my shredder.

    Can you tell me the correct amount and where I can send the payment. I have Massachusetts plates. I just want to pay this and put it behind me.

  16. I also tried to talk to a rep and all I got was that annoying recording I put money on my account but it still shows low balance really!!!!! Now I have to waste gas and hopefully this can be work out

  17. All I want to do is pay my ticket right off but ca’nt because I half to wait for a stupid T number. For all I no this could take up to my 10 day limit. So now you’ll get your money when I get my mistaken ticket.

  18. I contacted the call center. The young lady was very polite, friendly and patient. Kudos to the employees there always willing to help and ease my concerns. Keep up the great work!

I provided the necessary information to wave the processing fees including a statement of account that showed tolls paid the same day at the same toll plaza on the same transponder on the same car as the one where the infraction was logged. The question I have is what do you consider proof of having a valid e-zpass transponder? It also seems that there is no accountability in this program.
