  1. I tried to call the toll free number, 1-877-762-7824, and was put on hold five times for a total of over 30 minutes with NO ONE EVER ANWSERING MY CALL> This web site also does not allow me to answer your post card inquiry to me. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.



  3. I feel it would have been better if you had kept the toll years ago.

    due to the fact that the economy is so bad right now with the gas prices up, people out of jobs, mimimum wages is terrible. people in high places didn’t take time to look at the people that can barely make it. what was the rush in pushing the toll right now. help me to understand that. I have children and grandchildren struggling with young children. I have no reason to use the toll, but I feel so sorry for the ones that is struggling. If you really need the money why not charge 25 cents both ways. with the amount of cars going back and forth every day and night you would reach your .goal. God will put every thing in place that need be. some times you can move to fast. Hopefully the governor will read this or whom ever was in charge for doing this. thank you for listening, hope it gets posted. thank you louise

  4. Called to find out if I had to have an EZ-pass for EACH vehicle at the house even though we rarely go through the tunnels or over the bridges. Waiting on hold for an hour and no one has picked up…so I had to google it.

  5. I Called the 1-877-762-7824 to update credit card info on 1-31-14 at 10:30am and still on hold at 11:04 what is the Problem here??????????? !!!!! now it is 11:11 still on hold!!!!!

  6. I find it IMPOSSIBLE to reach EZPass! I give up! When they send me a letter, telling me that my old credit card doesn’t work, there will be a local ‘phone number I can call. Then, I’ll give them my new credit card number. This is a total waste of time!

  7. I have tried for three days to get to customer Service. Right now I’m on hold and have been for over 20 minutes with nothing…… I gave up after about the same amount of time for the last three days. What’s up EZ Pass?

  8. I have been on hold for Customer Service for 20 min. No one is answering the phone.

    Just playing music. You need more people to help answer the phone.

  9. Just got off the phone after making extensive inquiries about opening an E-Z Pass A/C.

    The Service Rep, Cathy, showed exemplary patience. She had good answers to my questions, and volunteered answers for a few questions I didn’t think to ask. Very,very helpful.

  10. Just got off the phone with Michelle. She was very helpful! I updated my mailing address, changed my credit card number, increased my account’s available balance and inquired about using my EZ Pass for a rental car and without hesitation she was on the game. Well done to both Michelle and the rest of the EZ Pass staff!

  11. I called 877 762 7824 at 10pm and everything was closed. I pulled up to a toll booth that said “Full Service” but it was not manned and the basket would not take $bills. So I did not pay. The next toll booth gal was nice and gave me a number to call and a web site to go to and so far this comment is all I am able to do. She said to call tonight so I could avoid a $25 fee.

  12. It’s really Hell trying to find an EZPass Va email address on your web page. I get amazon, AOL al kinds of offers but no email address to ask for a summary of then year.
